14、度与质量安全控制(一)施工进度和质量安全控制1、根据土建方的工程进度,安排一支高质量的施工队伍,在甲方要求的工期内,保质保量的完成施工任务。2、严格按照现行有关技术规程组织施工,规范化管理,程序化施工,确保工程质量。3、组织施工技术员、施工员、质量员认真学习有关规范及工艺标准,严格执行施工质量管理制度,教育工人把质量第一的思想贯穿到施工的全过程中。4、建立三级管理制度,加强“三检”(自检、互检、专职检),实行岗位责任制。5、实行创优工程目标管理,明确施工与验收目标,进行样板引路,保证实现目标。(二)文明施工及安全防范1、建立现场施工责任制及保洁区管理制度。2、各种材料设备根据工程进度有序进入工

15、地,避免盲目进场或后用先进情况,材料堆放整齐规范。3、施工场地要保持清洁干净,坚持做到工完场清。4、建立建全生产责任制,明确各级施工人员的安全职责。5、做好工人入场安全教育,执行现场各项安全管理制度。6、施工人员进入现场必须戴安全帽,脚手架要随时检查,发现问题立即采取措施纠正。7、 电动机具实行“一机、一用、一漏、一箱”。二、施工技术规程1、总则 1.1为了贯彻国家节能政策及民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)用建设部民用建筑节能管理规定76号部长令,为保证施工做法统一,保证施工质量、做到技术先进、经济合理,特制定本规程。 1.2本规程规定了胶粉聚苯保温材料体系在外墙内保温工程中的做法,适

16、用于建筑混凝土和各类砌体、结构外墙外保温。 1.3外墙内保温层厚度应符合民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)的规定,并由设计按要求确定。4除遵守本规程外,尚应符合国家及陕西省有关标准规定。2、术语2.1胶粉聚苯保温材料由胶粉料与聚苯颗粒组成,两种材料分袋包装。使用时按比例加水搅拌而成。2.2柔性抗裂砂浆:由外加剂配制而成的抗裂剂与水泥、中细砂按一定重量比搅拌均匀而成。3玻纤网格布:由耐碱玻璃纤维构成,与抗裂砂浆配套使用,用于提高保温体系的抗裂能力与抗冲击能力。2.4复合胶粉聚苯外墙内保温体系。由界面砂浆层、胶粉聚苯颗粒保温层、玻纤网格布、柔性抗裂砂浆组成保温构造系统,内饰面适用于内墙涂料。

20、应低于5,风力不应大于5级,风速不宜大于5m/s。严禁雨天施工,雨期施工应做好防雨措施。3.2.4施工工具主要有强制式砂浆搅拌机、手提式搅拌机、垂直运输机械、手推车、专用检测工具、放线工具、剪刀、滚刷、铁锨、手锤、托线板、靠尺、钢尺、壁纸刀等。3.3材料配制3.3.1水泥 选用强度等级为42.5普通硅酸盐水泥,应符合硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥(GB175-1999)的要求。3.3.2中细砂 应符合普通混凝土用砂质量标准及检验方法(JG52-92)的要求,含泥量少于3%。3.3.3 界面砂浆的配制 由界面剂、中细砂、高标号水泥按一定比例配制成干粉状,现场加水即可使用。3.3.4聚苯颗粒浆料的配制

21、 先将20-25g水倒入砂浆搅拌机内(加入的水量以满足施工和易性为准),再倒入一袋(25)胶粉料,搅拌5分钟,再倒入一袋(200L)聚苯颗粒继续搅拌10分钟,直至搅拌均匀。该浆料应随搅随用,并且在4小时内用完。3.3.5 抗裂砂浆的使用由我公司采用先进技术生产单组份干粉状材料,现场加水即用,该浆料随搅随用,三小时内用完。4、施工工艺配聚苯颗粒浆料 4.1施工工艺流程用聚苯颗粒浆料抹灰饼、冲筋抹聚苯颗粒浆料、每遍10,直至规定厚度配抗裂砂浆抹第一遍抗裂砂浆粘贴网格布抹第二遍抗裂砂浆4.2施工要点4.2.1基层处理4.2.1.1彻底清除基层墙体表面浮灰、油污、脱模剂、空鼓及风化物等影响墙面施工的物

22、资。墙体表凸起物大于或等于10时应剔除。4.2.1.2各种材料的基层墙体均应涂满界面砂浆。4.2.2保温层准备:保温层厚度为2.5CM,用聚苯颗粒浆料做标准厚度贴饼、冲筋,以控制保温层的厚度。4.2.3保温层施工4.2.3.1聚苯颗粒浆料保温层施工至少两遍。每遍所抹聚苯颗粒浆料厚度不宜超过10,间隔24小时。施工温度偏低时,间隔时间可延长。4.2.3.2聚苯颗粒浆料保温层施工宜自上而下。4.2.3.3最后一遍聚苯颗粒浆料施工时应达到贴饼、冲筋的厚度,并用大杠搓平,使墙面平整度达到要求。4.2.3.4保温层固化干燥(一般3-7天)后,方可进行下一道工序施工。4.2.4 抗裂层施工保温层干燥后,抹

23、第一遍抗裂砂浆,厚度控制在2-3。待抗裂砂浆基本硬化(24小时)后,根据结构尺寸裁剪玻纤网,分段进行铺贴。裁剪过程中不得将网格布形成死折,铺贴过程中不得形成网兜,网张开后应顺方向依次平整铺贴,网与网之间的搭接长度应大于40。网格布铺贴完毕经检查合格后抹第二遍抗裂砂浆,并将网包覆于抗裂砂浆中,使抗裂砂浆的总厚度控制在51,抗裂砂浆面层必须平整。5、质量检验5.1保证项目5.1.1 本系统使用的所有材料质量和技术性能均满足有关国家标准、行业标准陕2005J21及本图集的要求。5.1.2 保温层的厚度构造做法应符合建筑节能设计要求,保温层厚度应均匀,不允许有负偏差。5.1.3 保温层与基层墙体以及各

24、构造层间必须粘结牢固,无脱层、空鼓、裂缝。5.2基本项目5.2.1 表面平整、洁净、接茬平整,无明显抹纹,线角应顺直、清晰,面层无粉化、起皮、爆灰等现象。 5.2.2 墙面埋设暗线、管道后,墙面用网格布和抗裂砂浆加强,表面抹灰平整。 5.2.3 滴水线流水坡方正确且应顺直。5.3 允许偏差和检验方法聚苯颗粒浆料外保温面砖系统允许偏差和检验方法应符合下表:项 目允许偏差检验方法表面平整4用2米靠尺及塞尺检查阴阳角垂直4用2米托线板检查阴阳角方正4用2米靠尺及塞尺检查立面总高度垂直度H/1000且20用吊线检查上下窗口左右偏移20用吊线检查同层窗口上、下20用吊线检查保温层厚度不允许有负偏差用探针
