6、 blowing196蒸汽吹管质量标准 the quality standard for steam blowing257安全注意事项 safety caution261 工程概况 Project description 1.1工程概况Project description印度纳佳2660MW电站项目工程所采用的锅炉设备是由哈尔滨锅炉厂有限公司制造的型号为HG2000/25.9-YM19超临界锅炉。该锅炉为变压运行、一次中间再热、单炉膛、平衡通风、固态排渣、全钢架悬吊结构、露天布置的型超临界锅炉,采用不带再循环泵的大气扩容式启动系统,采用四角切圆燃烧方式、低NOx燃烧器,32只燃烧器分8层布置

7、。采用中速磨直吹式制粉系统,配北京电力设备总厂制造的8台ZGM133N-II型中速磨煤机。在锅炉BMCR工况下,6台运行2台备用。The boiler for 2x660 MW super critical coal fired thermal power project, the type of boiler for NCC project is HG2000/25.9-YM19, made by Harbin Boiler Works, LTD. The boiler is type outdoor arrangement supercritical boiler with variabl

8、e pressure operation, single intermediate reheat, single furnace, balanced draft, dry ash removal and total steel frame suspending structure. It has atmospheric flash type startup system without re-circulating pump and adopts tangential firing, low NOx combustion burners, 32 burners are arranged in

9、8 layers. The boiler is equipped with 8 units ZGM133N-II medium speed mills direct-fired system of Beijing Power Equipment Group, under BMCR condition, 6 mills are in operation 2 mill is standby.锅炉以最大连续出力工况(BMCR)为设计参数。在任何6台磨煤机运行时,锅炉能长期带BMCR负荷运行。Boiler takes maximum continuous rating (BMCR) as design

When any 6 mills are operating the boiler can operate with BMCR load for long time.机组设高、低压两级串连旁路系统,汽轮机旁路系统的容量暂按锅炉BMCR工况的60设置;高低压旁路包括蒸汽控制阀、减温水控制阀和关断阀以及控制装置。The unit has high pressure and low pressure two-stage series bypass system, and capacity of bypass system of the turbine will be set

18、nstitute drawings2)调试大纲The Outline of Unit Commissioning3编制目的 purpose of compilationl 新安装机组,在锅炉过热器、再热器及其蒸汽系统等系统中,不可避免会有焊渣、锈垢和其它杂物。在锅炉正式向汽机送汽前,用蒸汽吹扫的方法将这些杂物清除,以确保机组的安全、经济运行。In the supereheater, reheater and the relative steam system of new erection boiler, there are unavoidable have some rusty, weldi

Before the boiler supply the steam to turbine, steam blowing will clean the sundries to ensure the safety and economical of unit running. l 检查锅炉首次点火前的各项试验工作。The work and test before first light up will be checked.l 首次进行锅炉点火工作,对锅炉进行热态的全面检查。Carry out the work of boiler firs

20、t light up, and take the full check of boiler at hot state.l 为了指导锅炉吹管工作的顺利进行,保证与锅炉吹管有关的系统及设备能够安全正常投入运行,制定本措施。In order to guide the boiler steam blowing work smoothly, guarantee systems and equipments related to the boiler steam blowing can normal running safety, the procedure are formulated.3组织与分工Or

21、ganization division施工单位:负责完成吹管所需要的临时系统的安装工作;在吹管过程中,负责完成系统范围内的设备的维护、消缺、检修工作;负责现场的消防和安全工作;负责系统临时挂牌工作;负责完成吹管临时测点的安装工作;负责靶板的安装更换等工作;负责做好运行设备与施工设备的安全隔离措施;负责靶板的准备工作;吹管结束后,负责完成临时系统的恢复工作;在吹管结束后参加签证验收工作。Erection unit: responsible for the installation of temporary system work necessary to complete the steam b

24、for complete recovery of temporary system; at the end of the steam blowing for the acceptance protocol work.调试单位:在吹管过程中担任技术总负责,负责向所有参加吹管工作的人员进行安全和技术交底;全面检查机组所有系统的完整性和合理性、确认是否具备吹管条件;负责指导运行人员进行相关的操作及调整;负责吹管过程中的数据记录工作;负责对吹管系数进行核定并提出调整方案;填写吹管质量验评表并编写吹管总结报告;在吹管结束后参加签证验收工作。Commissioning unit: in the proce

27、lowing summary report; at the end of the steam blowing for the acceptance protocol work.运行单位:负责完成必要的生产准备工作,包括燃料、水、汽、气、电、药品等物资的供应、运行规程及系统图册的编写、运行人员上岗培训及相关设备的挂牌工作;在调试人员的指导下,负责吹管过程中设备的启停操作、水位及燃烧的调整、运行参数的监视和记录;提供电气、热工等设备的运行保护定值;负责设备和系统启动前的例行检查;负责吹管期间的汽水品质监督工作;在吹管结束后参加签证验收工作。Operation unit: Be responsibl

31、ed (including drain, insulation etc).l l临时控制门、旁路门、疏水门等安装调试完成。 Temporary control valves, the bypass valves and drain valves installation are complete.l l靶板架安装完毕并确保在热态下易于拆、装靶板器,靶板按要求备齐。 A target frame installation and ensure the easy disassembly and assembly for target plate under the hot state, the t

32、arget plates according to the requirements documented.l l为保证靶板处流场稳定,靶板器前应有 45 倍管径的直管段,靶板器后应有 23 倍管径的直管段。 In order to ensure the steady flow field, before target plate device should be 4 5 times the pipe diameter of straight pipe section, after target plate device should be 2 3 times the diameter of

33、straight pipe section.l l临时控制门的开/关试验、灯光讯号试验合格。Temporary control valves open/close test, the light signal test qualified.l l临时管道的反力支撑架、固定及滑动支吊架安装完毕,验收合格。 Temporary pipeline reaction support, fixed and sliding hanger installed, and finish the acceptance inspection.4.1.2 烟风系统 flue gas systeml l锅炉本体及烟风道

34、安装、保温工作结束。 Boiler body and air flue duct installation and insulation work finished.l l引、送、一次风机及密封风机分系统试运工作结束。 ID fan, FD fan and seal air fan subsystem commissioning finished.l l烟风系统各风门、档板的检查、调整工作结束,验收合格。 Dampers, baffles of air flue system the inspection and adjustment work finish, acceptance.l 二次风

37、n work of ESP finished and qualified.l l电除尘器的升压、振打试验合格。 The voltage booster test and rapping test of ESP finish.l l电除尘器灰斗加热装置安装完毕,检查验收合格。 ESP ash hopper heating device installed, check the acceptance inspection.4.1.5燃油系统 fuel oil systeml l炉前燃油系统安装、保温工作结束。 The installation and insulation work of fuel

38、 oil system finish.l l炉前燃油系统水压试验结束,经水冲洗或蒸汽冲洗合格。 The hydraulic pressure test of fuel oil system has been finished, and the pipeline of system upon qualified water flushing or steam blowing.l l燃油系统蒸汽吹扫管道安装、吹扫完毕,各吹扫阀调试完毕。 Fuel oil system steam purging piping installation, blowing, the purge valves debu

39、gging are completed.l l燃油系统各电、气动阀门调试完毕,验收合格。 All the electric and pneumatic valve of fuel oil system commissioning completed and acceptance.l l燃油系统各有关联锁保护 ( MFT、OFT ) 模拟试验合格。 Fuel oil system related interlock protection (MFT, OFT) simulation test qualified.l l各油枪、高能点火器的进退试验结束。 The advance and retrac

40、t test of all the oil gun, high-energy ignition finish.l l各油枪火检静态调试完毕。The oil gun fire inspection static debugging finished.4.1.6锅炉本体部分 boiler body partsl l锅炉本体的安装、保温工作全部结束,验收合格。 All the installation and insulation work of boiler body finish, qualified.l l锅炉水压试验结束,验收合格。 The hydro pressure test of bo

41、iler finished and qualified.l l疏放水、放空气、储水罐水位调节阀管路系统安装、保温工作全部结束。各电动阀门调试完毕,验收合格。 Drain & vent system and water level control valve piping system installation and insulation work all over. The electric valves debugging finished and acceptance.l l水压试验后,过热器、再热器水压试验堵阀拆除,恢复正常。 After hydro pressure test, th

43、nt have been done.l l炉本体膨胀系统,经各方联合检查,确认无妨碍膨胀之处。各膨胀指示器完备,并调整到零位。 Boiler body expansion system, by the parties to the joint inspection, confirmed that no hinder expansion. The inflation indicator is complete, and adjusted to zero.l l炉本体各处梯子、平台、栏杆完整,照明充足,炉本体清理干净。 Boiler body everywhere complete ladder,

The acceptance inspection has been done (including drain pipes, valves).l l吹灰器汽源管道上的安全门、各电、气动门安装、调试完毕。 The safety valve, electric, pneumatic valve on steam source pipeline of
