31、国内卡车发动机连杆生产上是一项新技术，目前还没有能够大批量生产的供应商，在国外也只有克虏伯和马勒公司占据着主要市场。由于涨断连杆是国际新技术，东风康明斯公司和一些主机厂都开始采用，市场前景十分广阔。天润曲轴有限公司生产涨断连杆将是中国第一家优秀汽车零部件厂商进入这个领域，不仅填补了国内空白，而且有着巨大的潜在商机。天润曲轴公司作为国内内燃机工业附配件行业的龙头企业，计划利用“十一五”开具的有利时机，实施康明斯涨断连杆生产线的建设，以达到改善产业结构、整合产业资源、带动产业升级、将企业做大、做强的目的。1.1.2 设计依据1.1.2.1 天润曲轴有限公司关于项目可行性研究报告的设计委托书。1.1
32、.2.2 天润曲轴有限公司提供的产品技术参数等设计原始资料。1.2 可行性研究范围本可研对产品生产所涉及的市场预测、产品选型、建设规模、工艺方案、总图、物流、仓库、土建工程、公用动力工程、环境保护、消防、职业安全卫生、节约能源、资金筹措及经济分析等进行可行性分析。1.3 建设目标及方式1.3.1 建设目标本项目2009年投产，至2010年达到三班年生产康明斯涨断连杆60万支的生产能力。1.3.2 建设方式项目资金全部由公司自筹解决。1.4 可行性研究的主要结论1.4.1 工厂设计方案（连杆厂区）a. 厂区征地面积：23.44 hm2；b. 面积： 1663 m2(本次利用)；c. 新增主要设备

34、产年)经过动态和静态的计算和分析，本项目各项经济指标均高于汽车行业统计的数据，说明企业经济效益较好，经济上可行。1.5 承办企业概况及承办条件天润曲轴有限公司是山东曲轴总厂和美国美林集团共同投资设立的中外合资企业，是以生产“天”牌发动机曲轴为主导产品的中国规模最大的曲轴专业生产企业、国家520户重点企业。自1985年以来，企业各项经济技术指标始终稳居全国同行业首位。公司现有员工2000人，各类专业技术人员350多人，厂区占地面积36.6万平方米，总资产7.5亿元。公司拥有全国首家“曲轴工程技术研究中心”，“国家博士后科研工作站”，被认定为“国家级技术中心”，是“国家863计划CIMS工程应用示
35、范企业”、“国家一级计量先进单位”、“中国公众良好信誉企业”、“国家产品免检企业”。公司先后通过ISO9002、QS9000、TS16949国际质量体系认证。公司拥有德国KW公司铸造生产线、大众公司轿车曲轴生产线，引进了美国、意大利、英国、德国等发达国家高精尖加工与检测设备组建的具有国际先进水平的轻卡、中卡曲轴生产线，年产锻钢曲轴、球墨铸铁曲轴达50多万支，生产的“天”牌曲轴被认定为“中国公认名牌产品”，成为山东潍坊柴油机股份有限公司、东风康明斯发动机有限公司、上海汽车有限公司、意大利依维柯公司、一汽集团无锡柴油机厂、一汽集团大连柴油机厂、广西玉柴机器股份有限公司、上海柴油机股份有限公司、哈尔

38、11曲轴行业作为全国最大的专业曲轴生产厂，自“七五”以来，国家一直给予天润曲轴公司重点支持。其中，“九五”期间投资2.5亿元引进德国KW铸造生产线以及曲轴加工生产线，“十五”期间，总投资13000万元的轿车曲轴机加工生产线技术改造项目被列入国家第四批国债专项资金项目，总投资22423万元的曲轴锻造生产线技术改造项目被列入国家第七批国债专项资金项目。 “十一五”期间，总投资12613万元新建的一条年产6万支的六缸曲轴加工线、总投资4500万元的曲轴技术中心创新能力项目、总投资8600万元的曲轴生产信息化工程改造项目均得到国家发改委的政策扶持，从而为公司的发展奠定了坚实的基础。2 市场预测及产品选
39、型2.1 市场预测随着各项软硬件设施的进一步完善，中国市场经济加快了融入世界经济的步伐，汽车及汽配制造大国的地位越来越凸现，巨大的国内外需求为天润曲轴有限公司康明斯涨断连杆生产线项目提供了广阔的市场空间。2.1.1 国内整车市场现状、未来需求量预测以及连杆配套规模中国经济总量的日益增大造就了庞大的用户群，而庞大的用户群又为汽车工业的高速增长奠定了坚实的基础。从2000年开始，我国的汽车产销增幅始终保持在15%以上，2006年产量更是突破700万辆大关，超过德国成为世界第三大汽车生产国。根据汽车产业“十一五”发展规划（纲要讨论稿），“十一五”期间汽车产业仍将保持较快、平稳的发展速度，对国民经济的

41、028395925670201010802185016120324971230813 根据汽车需求量的预测数据，到2008年、2010年国内连杆OEM需求约为3794万根和4490万根（按中重型货车和大中型客车为6根/辆，轻微型货车、轻型客车、轿车为4根/辆测算）。根据汽车保有量的预测数据，2008年、2010年国内连杆维修需求约为106万根和128万根。综合上述两组数据，届时连杆的国内总需求分别为3900万根和4618万根。2.1.2 国际整车市场现状、未来需求量预测以及连杆配套规模根据权威机构Global Insight的统计，2005年全球生产汽车66530176 辆，比2004年的64
42、334527辆增长3.3%，总体呈现出发达国家增长缓慢甚至衰退，发展中国家持续增长的特点。预计未来世界汽车总产量仍将呈现小幅平稳增长态势(每年平均增长约2.1%)，至2009年将突破7000万辆大关，2010年的产量为7125万辆，届时柴油、汽油、混合动力汽车的比例分别为21.4%、76.7%、1.9%，那么连杆的国际总需求约为3.3亿根。2.1.3 连杆进出口市场分析目前国际各大汽车制造商如通用、福特、大众、丰田等除在国内设厂生产汽车和零部件外，还纷纷加大了在中国的零部件采购量，他们都把在中国的采购作为一项大的战略目标来规划。福特汽车已将中国作为其重要供应基地，2006年其位于南京市的中国采
43、购中心在中国采购汽车零件与系统超过26亿美金，供应全球福特汽车公司所属各品牌的生产制造作业，中国作为福特汽车公司全球战略重心之一的地位更加明显；通用北美2006年从中国购买的原料总额大约是25亿美元，而且还会持续增长；德国大众汽车公司2006年在中国采购总价值达10亿美元的汽车零部件，并计划此后每年在中国采购的汽车零部件总价值在10亿美元以上，同时拟将德国本土的部分采购项目转移到中国，加快在中国采购的步伐。2006年我国汽车零部件出口额高达281.4亿美元，同比增长42.8%。我国目前已成为美国的第五大汽车零部件供应国。连杆是资本密集型、劳动密集型产品，因此国际锻造、铸造零部件生产基地将逐步转
44、移到中国大陆和印度等东南亚地区。我国的产品，尤其是需求规模大的连杆产品具有较高的成本优势和价格优势，在国际市场的竞争力逐渐显现，发展潜力非常大。虽然没有专门的连杆进出口统计数字，但是可以肯定的是，连杆的散件进口基本没有，随发动机进入中国的连杆也远少于随整机的出口。未来，随着合资企业纷纷选择在国内建发动机厂、进口数量下滑，同时连杆的散件出口持续递增，此消彼长的结果是连杆进口与出口的差距将越来越大。2.1.4 工程机械用连杆需求在装载机、内燃叉车、挖掘机、起重机、压路机、摊铺机、大中型农机等工程机械领域，连杆的用量也非常大。2006年国内这几种工程机械的总产量约为30.7万辆，到2010年将上升到
45、41.05万辆。如果考虑维修和备品需求，预计连杆的年配套量在45万辆份以上。由于本项目主要面向汽车市场，不多工程机械作更多的研究。通过对OEM、AM、出口以及装载机市场的系统分析，我们预测2008年、2010年国内车用连杆的总产量将分别达到4500万根和6000万根。2.1.5 本项目的产品选择和市场定位涨断连杆在国内卡车发动机连杆生产项目上是个新工艺，目前还没有能够大批量生产的供应商，在国外也只有克虏伯和马勒公司占据主要市场。由于国内供应商更适合中国康明斯的配套方式（价格、交付），因此康明斯公司更希望培养国内优秀供应商来承担此项目。由于康明斯在中国永远执行与中国优秀供应商合作的战略，而且天润公司在2006年以第一名的业绩获得东风康明斯的优秀供应商，天润公司生产涨断连杆将是中国第一家优秀汽车零部件厂商进入这个领域，其潜在的商机不可估量，康明斯给出书面的协议，即在中国选用天润公司生产的涨断连杆。康明斯公司有意向将全球的发动机连杆全部定位在天润公司进行生产，届时年需求量将达到1300万支，实现销售收入12亿元。另外，由于涨断连杆是国际新技术，当前许多主机厂如北汽福田、中国重汽等公司刚开始采用，因此市场前景十分广阔。康明斯公司与天润公司有着良好的合作关系，康明斯C系列发动机曲轴现已全部由天润公司独家
