35、措施12、安全、文明、环保施工13、降低成本措施14、对地下管线及地下设施的保护第二章工程概况1工程概述1. 工程名称:新乡车务段运输生产指挥中心 ；2. 工程地点:人民路中段，长途汽车站路南3. 建设性质:新建；4. 建设规模:8369m2；5. 设计单位:中铁第四勘察设计院集团有限公司6. 结构形式:钢筋混凝土框剪结构。2建筑特征一、平面形式1本工程为运输生产指挥中心2建筑总体特征：建筑长度：74.8m，建筑宽度：16.6m，3建筑类别为二类建筑，抗震烈度8度，耐火等级为不低于二级，建筑物使用年限:50 年；4建筑层数:地上7层；5建筑高度:从室外地坪至屋面高度为29.7m。二、工程总体定
36、位及标高1施工放线具体定位尺寸详平面图。2本工程室内相对标高0.000，室外相对标高-0.900米。三、室内外装修工程1室内装修用料及做法(1)楼地面构造交接处和地平高度变化处，除图中另有标明者外均位于齐平门扇开启面处。（2）室内一般装修见室内装修表，指挥监控中心和门厅的高级装修部分另行设计施工。（3）凡室内设有地漏、排水沟或集水井的地面应做防水层，以不少于做0.3%的排水坡度坡向地漏、排水沟、集水井；有水房间的楼地面除无障碍卫生间外应低于相邻房间30mm或做挡水门槛，无障碍卫生间高差处做小于1:12的缓坡过度；（4）卫生间、盥洗间等经常有水的房间内墙迎水面均做20厚1:2水泥防水砂浆300m
37、m高;（5）室内墙面、柱面粉刷部分的阳角和门洞口的阳角应用1:2水泥砂浆做护角，高度不应低于2000mm，每侧宽度不小于50mm。（6）有吊顶房间高于吊顶200 mm以上部位不做粉刷。2室外装修材料及做法1）外墙主要采用30厚干挂花岗岩幕墙，玻璃幕墙采用隐框Low-E中空钢化玻璃幕墙。具体详见平立面图，并有施工单位进行二次设计、制作并执行玻璃幕墙应用技术规程金属与石材幕墙工程技术规范。2）0.00以上墙体除卫生间采用Mb5混合砂浆砌200厚MU19FAS粉煤灰小型砌块外，其余墙体采用Mb5混合砂浆砌200厚MU7.5加气混凝土砌块； 0.00以下砌体采用Mb10水泥浆砌240厚MU10蒸压粉煤
38、灰实心砖 ，蒸压粉煤灰实心砖应采用一等砖。砌体施工质量控制等级应不低于B级；3）本工程的幕墙立面图仅表示立面形式、分格、开启方式、颜色和材质要求、其中玻璃部分应执行建筑玻璃应用技术规程、建筑安全玻璃管理规定；4）幕墙工程应满足防火墙两侧、窗间墙、窗坎墙的防火分隔要求，幕墙与每层楼板，隔墙处的缝隙，应采用防火封堵材料封堵，同时应满足建筑外围护结构的各项物理、力学性能要求。5）幕墙工程应配合土建、暖通、机电、擦窗设备、景观照明工程的各项要求。6）建筑外墙采用100厚的岩棉板作为外墙保温层；浅色干挂花岗岩石外墙饰面，以增强反射隔热的作用。7）外窗入口及玻璃幕墙作为节能的重要部位，采用保温性能好、密性
39、好的幕墙和铝合金窗，玻璃幕墙采用双层中空钢化玻璃幕墙，窗为断桥铝合金中空钢化玻璃窗。8）外窗的气密性不低于建筑外窗气密性分级及检测方法GB7107规定的4级；透明幕墙的气密性不低于建筑幕墙GBT21086-2007规定的4级；7、8层不低于上述标准规定的6级水平。规定性能指标未满足要求，经动态计算设计建筑的耗热量、采暖耗煤量均未超过限值，该建筑物的节能设计满足节能要求。一、结构体系及基础形式1本工程主楼结构体系为框剪体系。根据地质勘探报告，持力层坐落在（2）层粉质粘土层上，承载力特征为fak=130kpa，采用CFG桩进行地基处理后，复合地基承载力特征值fspk不小于260kpa，经过深度修正
40、后的复合地基承载力特征值fspk不小于280kpa。复合地基上基础采用条形基础。2条形基础混凝土强度等级未C45，抗渗等级为P6。垫层采用C15，厚度100，每边扩出100，翼缘板保护层厚40mm。3.本工程依据地矿新余地质工程勘察院提供的新乡车务段生产指挥中心岩土工程勘察报告进行设计，若施工时发现实际地质情况与设计不符，及时通知设计、勘察、监理人员共同研究处理，土方开挖后均需按有关规定由设计配合勘察人员、监理人员及相关人员进行基础验槽。二、混凝土工程本工程混凝土强度等级及使用部位如下：框剪墙C45C35;柱子C45C35、梁、板C35。三、钢筋工程本工程采用钢筋有I、II 级钢筋。柱纵向钢筋
41、接头要求焊接连接与机械连接均可，电渣压力焊接；梁纵向受力钢筋优先采用搭接连接，如果采用搭接焊要求单面焊焊接长度10d，双面焊5d，也可以电弧对焊；如果采用搭接需要保证搭接长度为受拉钢筋1.2 La，且不小于300mm，受压钢筋搭接长度不小于0.85 La，且不小于200mm；钢筋锚固长度按照I 级钢筋35d、II 级钢筋45d 考虑（C25 混凝土）。四、砌体强度内外填充墙:标高0.00以上砌体采用M5强度等级的混合砂浆砌筑，强度等级为MU10.0的烧结空心砖砌块，标高0.00以下砌体采用10强度等级的水泥砂浆眠砌MU10烧结砖墙。砌体填充应符合相应砌体结构的有关施工规定序号部位厚度砖砂浆组砌
42、方法1外墙200多孔砖墙M5混合砂浆全顺压中2楼梯间200多孔砖墙M5混合砂浆全顺压中3内墙200多孔砖墙M5混合砂浆全顺压中4卫生间100多孔砖墙M5水泥砂浆全顺压中4工程地质水文情况一、土质情况根据2012年10月河南省有色工程勘查有限公司提供的新乡车务段生产办公房屋岩土工程勘察报告进行设计。二、现场施工条件本工程交通比较便利，施工场地较狭小，基于这种情况，项目部要合理有序地安排好施工现场，不要因场地狭小而影响工种间的交叉作业。目前建筑单位已做好“三通一平”等准备工作，已具备开工条件。第三章施工总体部署1施工顺序本工程采取以主体结构为先导,其他各分部分项工程适时插入的原则，其施工程序如下:
43、一、施工顺序原则总体施工程序见图 基础结构框剪结构屋面结构填充墙结构门窗结构外粉工程楼地面工程内粉工程油玻工程，其中水、暖卫工程及电气工程要贯穿于整个施工过程当中。二、基础施工程序基础施工程序见图 定位放线桩基础基槽开挖桩头处理验桩垫层施工基础承台施工基础柱子地梁。三、主体结构施工程序每层结构采取梁、板、柱混凝土二次浇筑成形，其施工程序如下:(1)测量放线:放线前由混凝土工长下达施工任务书给测量班组，放线完后测量组填写交接会签表，质安部检查，区负责人抽查验收，报监理工程师验收。(2)柱钢筋安装:由钢筋工长下达施工任务书，执行第2条施工程序，在柱钢筋验收前不得上板、梁、墙的模板和木方等材料，否则
44、，将对木工和班组进行处罚。(3)柱模板安装:墙柱钢筋经监理工程师验收后，由质安部通知木工工长下达施工任务书给木工班组，安装墙、柱、板、梁模板，执行第2 条检查程序，报监理工程师验收。(4)梁板钢筋安装:由钢筋工长下达施工任务书给班组，执行第2条检查程序。(5)混凝土浇筑:由质安组通知混凝土工长下达施工任务书给班组，执行第2 条检查序。(6)拆模:由木工工长下达拆模通知书给班组，班组接到拆模通知书后方可拆模，拆模通知书中必须写明混凝土浇筑完成后的时间，拆模时木工工长通知混凝土工长开始养护，拆模完成后混凝土班组填写会签表，执行第2 条检查程序。(7)混凝土养护:由混凝土工长下达施工任务书给养护班组
45、，混凝土工长做养护记录。(8)下一个标准层重复执行上述程序。2施工调度一、施工调度总则为了保证工程施工的顺利进行和按时达到目标，及时解决施工生产中出现的问题，迅速而准确的传达项目经理决策，必须建立以项目经理为核心的调度体系，及时反馈上级职能部门、建筑单位意见及施工中出现的问题，以便项目经理部作出明确决策，并及时贯彻落实下去，保证各项管理措施的顺利实施。调度体系运转(1)组成以项目经理为核心的调度体系，各专业管理人员都是这一体系的一个成员。(2)定期按时召开有建筑单位、上级职能监督部门、设计单位的协调会，解决施工中出现的问题。(3)每星期召开各专业管理人员会议，了解整个项目的进度、成本、计划、质
46、量安全、文明施工执行情况，必要时调度延伸至作业班组长。(4)协调好各专业工长的工作。组织好分部分项工程的施工衔接，合理穿插流水作业，保证合同工期。(5)监督检查施工计划和工程合同的执行情况，使人力、物力、财力定期按比例投入本工程，并使其保持最佳调节状态，保证施工生产正常进行。(6)做好天气预报工作，避免因气候变化对工程施工的影响。二、总平面管理根据现场的实际情况，结合主体工程量的分布及工期要求、施工程序，进行科学合理的施工总平面布置及管理能够有效地提高生产效率，同时避免重复运输等影响工程进度的情况出现。1、现场实际情况(1)本工程场地呈长方形，场地前即为公路,具有良好的交通条件；现场场地比较狭
47、小。 (2)施工用水、用电已由建设单位接入现场,现在场地周围城市排水沟渠已经施工完毕,在开工后,场内施工排水可以经过处理后排放;现场基本具备“三通一平”条件，可以进场进行施工工作；2、总体规划（1）封闭施工公司在施工过程中将采取封闭施工进行施工作业，封闭施工主要是:采用围墙或将施工现场与外部做封闭，并且设置专人值班避免无关人员进入现场；对建筑采实体外围取脚手架及安全网做立面及平面封闭， 保持整洁美观文明，避免高空坠物、坠人事件出现；（2）场内道路考虑在现场沿围墙边及临时设施边绕建筑物一圈设置5m 宽场内施工道路，施工道路采用混凝土路面。并且在入口设置值班室。（3）生产性临时设施生产性临时设施包括材料房(堆放小型配件、工具、劳动保护用品、生活用品等)、配电房，(存放配电柜)、钢筋加工场(作为
