32、心部分，地处长沙、株洲、湘潭城市群中心地带。长株潭城际铁路综合标段DK1+440DK23+417.79，正线全长22.197Km,由中铁十四局承建。线路由长沙市区京广铁路捞刀河调车附近，途经圭塘、理工大学、汽车南站设地下站，并在汽车南站出洞，继续南下途径暮云、白马垄、既有京广株洲站，止于既有京广线七斗冲站附近。其中，我工区负责施工的桥梁为理工大学特大桥和南塘特大桥，铁路等级：客运专线；正线线间距4.4m，速度目标值：200km/h，设计荷载：上部结构ZC活载，下部结构ZK活载。主要建筑材料：梁体：C50混凝土；支承垫石：C50混凝土；桥墩、承台、桩基础：C35混凝土。我部型结构站台梁共计28孔
33、，分别位于理工大学特大桥24#-31#墩中信新城站，156#-163#墩动物园站。站台梁为等高度梁高2.5m，桥面全宽5.2m，腹板中心距2.425m，每孔站台梁共设6 道横隔梁，分别位于端支点及跨中，端隔梁厚度为90cm，中隔梁厚度为50cm。顶板厚度35-45cm，支点处腹板厚1m，跨中腹板厚0.6m。站台梁外侧腹板有雨棚处腹板厚159cm。3主要机械设备配备结合本工程的具体工程特点和总体进度安排，根据拟定的施工方案，在该桥的施工过程中拟投入如下主要机械设备。表3-1 主要机械设备序号名称规格单位数量说明1混凝土拌和站HZS-150台22混凝土运输罐车8m3台53混凝土输送泵60 m3/h

35、架、预压。 整体施工钢筋、混凝土。 预应力施工。 拆除支架，进行桥面铺设等工作。4.2 施工周期及作业程序型梁单孔施工工期为42d。其具体施工程序与作业时间如下：地基处理 4d钢管、贝雷支架搭设 6d安装底模、整修模板、调整标高、设置预拱度 5d预压 3d绑扎腹板钢筋，铺设预应力管道，安装锚具 5d内模就位 3d绑扎顶板钢筋，质量检验 3d对称浇注混凝土，养生 10d施加预应力，压浆 3d4.3 施工计划安排2014年9月份底开始理工大学特大桥156#-157#墩站台梁施工，第一孔站台梁在11月初完成。5主要施工工艺及方法5.1 施工准备5.1.1 施工准备1、技术准备施工前，应熟悉相关图纸资
36、料，进行每道施工程序的技术交底；对已施工完成桥墩的中线位置、标高和测量资料进行核对，现场依照施工图定出地基处理范围。通过具有相关资质的单位对地基承载力及支架结构进行力学验算，确保支架安全可靠。根据支架预压后的测量结果，计算确定梁体预拱度。2 、现场准备根据技术交底要求，分别确定施工场地范围并进行场地平整、钢筋、混凝土等各种原材料准备和验收、吊车等大型机械设备准备和检查，支架、模板等材料的准备，临时施工用电线路和配电盘架设安装到位情况等。附现场平面布置图图5-1 现场平面布置图5. 2 施工工艺流程图5-2 施工工艺流程图5.3 贝雷片施工方法5.3.1 主要施工工艺站台梁采用钢管贝雷梁支架，纵
37、向设计6排钢管支撑柱，每排2根，（在中间4根钢管柱大里程侧150cm位置各设置一根钢管柱，并用槽钢连接保证钢管支撑柱稳定）钢管柱中心纵向排间距为900cm，横向每排柱间距依次为280cm每孔梁下钢管柱未落在承台位置时采用混凝土条形基础，条形基础上部预埋80cm*8cm*2cm 钢板。靠近墩身两侧的钢管直接安装在承台上并用法兰盘连接固定。5-3 钢管支墩平面布置图5.3.2 地基处理支架基础下部是原芙蓉南路地基承载力满足要求，在原芙蓉南路基础上浇筑4m1m1m条形基础，浇筑混凝土时在基础顶面预埋80cm*8cm*2cm 钢板。5.3.3 支架搭设立柱采用529无缝钢管，壁厚为10mm，根据梁底高
38、程及矩形混凝土基础高程推算立柱高度，采用25T汽车吊对钢管立柱进行吊装施工，施工过程中使用线坠和水平尺调整钢管垂直度，钢管与基础采用焊接形式相连。立柱钢管横向之间设置10cm槽钢斜撑作为连接件。下层横向连接槽钢距基础顶面为50cm，然后采用Z字进行布设，每道Z字连接高279cm，外侧连接斜撑按45进行布设，槽钢与钢管柱之间使用30*40*1cm钢板连接，钢板与钢管柱双面焊4cm连接，槽钢与钢板之间焊接两道，焊缝长度不小于10cm。其连接示意图见下图。图5-4 钢管柱横向连接示意图落梁砂箱采用厚为2mm钢板加工而成，装砂后可调整为0.45m，安装在立柱顶面，采用焊接进行连接，沙箱下半部分采用干燥
39、砂子，沙箱上半部分采用C50砼灌注，沙箱下半部分安装有M20螺栓，拆除底模时拧下螺栓让砂子自然流出即可。砂箱调整完成后，横桥向砂箱顶部安设2根I40b工字钢分配梁、（工字钢要求进行整体焊接，焊缝距离为1m，焊缝长度为10cm），长为5m。分配梁主要起着将上部荷载分配到钢管立柱上同时受力的作用。下横梁分配梁焊接在砂箱钢板上。图5-5 砂箱与工字钢连接形式贝雷梁由单层贝雷片组成，共布设3组，7排，变截面腹板处为2组双排单层不加强贝雷片，普通腹板处为1组三排单层不加强贝雷片连成一组，贝雷片横向布置间距为：0.45+0.45+0.45+1.16+0.45+0.45其布置示意图如下：图5-6 中隔梁处贝
40、雷片顺桥向布置形式图5-7 普通位置贝雷片顺桥向布置形式贝雷梁上部与站台梁底板之间应设置分配梁及方木。贝雷梁上分配梁采用I16b工字钢，工字钢纵桥向间距为60cm，工字上铺设10cm*10cm方木间距为10cm。5.3.3 支架搭设5.3.4支架受力计算见附件一5.4碗扣架施工方法5.4.1.地基处理实验室在现场在支架搭设的范围内做动力触探试验，若地基承载力不符合要求则地基需要处理，其工序如下：用装载机、挖掘机协同工作，将整个支架搭设区域内场地换填1m，用振动压路机缓慢辗压，地基压实度达85%以上。实验室做K30检测，地基处理合格后方可进行下一工序。 在辗压好的地基上铺设20cm石碴和碎石层，
41、再次平整碾压，在碎石表层区铺设一层10cm的石粉垫层，并再次碾压。地基处理完成后，在水稳层上铺设15cm的混凝土进行硬化及形成防水层，防止雨水下渗对基础有不良影响。为避免处理好的地基受水浸泡，分段开铺石粉时设置一定的2%横坡向两边排水，在处理好的场地边缘设置排水沟，在两侧开挖4030cm的排水沟，防止地基积水。地基处理钢管架搭设调节钢管顶高度铺底模支架预压安装支座立侧模绑扎腹板钢筋、腹板预应力管道安装内模及腹板端模绑扎顶板钢筋浇筑站台梁混凝土预应力施工拆除支架。地基处理、钢管架搭设、调节钢管顶高度、铺底模、支架预压、安装支座、立侧模可以平行作业，不占总体施工时间。5.4.2 支架布置（1）整个
42、支架系统由方木、底托、立杆、顶撑、剪刀撑，纵横水平杆组成，方木铺设位置应处理平整，使方木受压后紧贴地面，整体受力。（2）碗扣支架采用直径为48mm、壁厚为3.0mm的无缝钢管，壁厚采用3.0mm为计算依据。支架布置原则为横桥向间距在腹板、中隔梁处按0.3m布设，顶板、翼板处按0.9m布设。纵桥向间距均按0.6m布设，高度按1.2m布设。即：中隔梁下支架布设间距为：0.3 m（横桥向）0.6 m（纵桥向），腹板处支架布设间距为：0.3 m（横桥向）0.6 m（纵桥向）1.2（高度）m；顶板支架布设间距为：0.9m（横桥向）0.6 m（纵桥向），翼缘板处支架布设间距为：0.9 m（横桥向）0.6
43、m（纵桥向）1.2（高度）m、跨中支架与地基之间的底座及支架与方木之间的顶托垂直，可调底座及可调顶托撑丝杆与螺母捏合长度不得少于4-5扣，插入立柱内的长度不得小于300mm，且应牢固可靠。（3）支架搭设过程中，为增加支架的整体性和稳定性，在纵横方向加设剪刀撑，下端支撑在地基上，上端到支架顶，通长连续。剪刀撑的网格应与架子的尺寸相适应。剪刀撑杆为拉压杆，呈十字形布置，斜向角度45-60度，一般情况下剪刀撑应与脚手架的节点相连，但亦可以错节布置。模板支架四周从底到顶连续设置竖向剪刀撑；中间纵、横向由底到顶连续设置竖向剪刀撑，其间距应小于或等于4.5m。（4）支架体系在安装过程中，立杆要垂直、横杆要
44、平顺，接口必须按规范对接，连接牢固。保证支架受力均匀分布和传递，每搭一层支架必须检查其整体垂直度和整体稳定性后才继续搭上一层。剪刀撑必须与支架同步搭设并连接牢固，以保证支架在搭设过程中应具有的刚度。支架搭设要严格控制其立杆的顶标高。支架搭设完毕后，在立杆顶部放好顶撑和纵横方木，使方木的接触面恰好在顶撑的中心位置。为方便人员上下，支架搭设过程中应同时搭设供人员上下的马道，严禁人员直接攀爬支架上下。支架拼装完成后，翼板底模铺装前，应在翼板外侧铺设宽度为1m左右的人行通道，为防止人员及材料设备跌落，在支架外侧安装48竖向及纵向钢管，并维护安全网，安全网高度大于1.2m。图5-8 型梁中隔梁处横断面图
45、图5-9 型梁普通断面横断面图5.4.3支架受力计算受力计算见附件二5.4.4 支架搭设(1) 根据支架搭设密度放样，放出站台梁中线、边线，以此作为搭设钢管支架范围的依据；(2) 每排钢管中心线正下方顺桥向铺设枕木，规格为10cm10cm，枕木与地基接触一定要用石粉塞实，不可出现空洞； (3) 在枕木上安放钢管支架底托。(4) 布置立杆和水平杆，靠近墩柱处，水平杆紧贴墩柱。(5) 调整好立杆的间距和垂直度，拧紧结点处卡扣，继续布置立杆，水平杆和剪刀撑等。 顶部标高的控制支架顶部标高控制在站台梁混凝土底面标高以下0.4m，考虑到顶托螺纹长度有限，由测量组在底板边缘每隔1.5m提供一个横断面，每个
46、断面共有4个控制点的标高，其它点位的标高由工人拉线控制，顶部标高误差要求控制在1cm以内。 钢管支架搭设的技术要求为保证钢管支架能够满足受力要求，在支架搭设过程中，对以下几点应仔细检查，严格把关。1）立杆的竖直度应有保证，不能用腐蚀的或有破损的弯管作为立杆；立杆接头应用专用扣件，接头处钢管要密贴。2）拧紧所有结点处的卡扣螺母，卡扣不得松动，更不得缺卡扣。3）保持每一道剪刀撑前后，上下相连，避免剪刀撑在断面内出现空档。4）无论是横桥向或是顺桥向，还是竖向钢管接头要错开布置，使每一步或每一跨的接头不得超过该断面钢管总数的1/2。5）枕木密帖地面，底托密贴枕木。6）支架搭设需注意钢管的搭接长度，为使立杆接头能够错开，应采用不同长度的钢管组合，墩柱四周的立杆在适当位置应加密布置。 支架搭设允许偏差1）构件长度允许偏差为1.5mm
