1、6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 1 2 HULL PART 船体部分船体部分 2.1 HULL CONSTRUCTION 船体结构 2.1.1 GENERAL 概述 The hull constructions are including the main hull, forecastle, poop deck, deck houses, engineer room, engine casing, funnel, appendages (such as bilge keel, bulwark). The vessel to be of steel and all welded constru

2、ctions. 船体结构包括主船体,艏/艉楼,甲板室,机舱,机舱棚,烟囱,船体附件(如舭龙骨, 舷墙)等。本船结构为钢质全焊接结构。 Hull constructions materials the chain pipe is made of steel plate. 锚链筒安装在每个锚链舱的顶部,由钢板卷制而成。 6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 26 Gate roller type chain stopper to be provided for each chain. 每个锚链提供闸刀式止链器。 2 pieces of chain security wire with pad to b

3、e fitted on forecastle deck. 艏楼甲板上安装 2 根带有衬垫的锚链系固钢丝。 2.5.3 MOORING ACCESSORIES 系泊附件 Towing rope: 1 piece x 190m in length x 56mm in dia, polypropylene, Breaking load to be 559 kN. 本船按规范配置拖索 1 根,长 190m,半径 56mm 聚丙纶拖索,抗断负荷为 559KN. Mooring rope: 4 pieces x 220m in length, 40mm in dia, polypropylene. Bre

4、aking load to be 251.7 kN. 系泊绳:4 根,长 220m,直径 40mm,聚丙纶长丝索,抗断负荷为 251.7KN. Mooring bollards and fairleaders, rope leading holes etc to be provided as per specifications and rules. 根据规范和规格要求,布置上系缆柱,导缆器,导缆孔等。 2.6 CARGO-LIFTING AND PROVISION LIFTING EQUIPMENTS 货物提升及备用提升设备。 One (1) set of 30 ton and two (2

5、) sets of 15 tons electric hydraulic deck cranes to be provided and arranged as in General Arrangement plan. (Each eclectric socket for grab plug use to be fitted inside each crane post). 提供 1 台 30 吨,2 台 15 吨的电力液压甲板克令吊,按照总布置图安装。(每个抓货 的插头插座安装在每个克令吊柱里面)。 One set 30tX18m crane: max working radius abt.

8、QUIPMENTS 救生设备 The life saving equipment are to be equipped in accordance with “International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, SOLAS 1974 and Amendments” and “International inspection regulations for the sea ship ,2003, All life saving equipment shall comply with the regulations of classifi

9、cation society and SOLAS and provided with BV certificates. 本船救生设备按照“1974 年国际海上人命安全公约及修正案”和“钢质海船入级 与 建造规范-2003”配备。所有救生设备应该遵守船级社和 SOLAS 规则,并且提供 BV 证书。 IMO signs for lifesaving and escapes, Life boat and life raft launching instructions shall be posted according to the rules. 根据规范张贴上救生,逃生 IMO 标志和救生艇和救

10、生筏下水说指示说明。 2.7.1 LIFE BUOY, LIFE JACKET, IMMERSION SUIT 救生圈,救生衣,保暖救生服 (1) Bridge deck, poop deck, main deck, forecastle deck shall have total 9 life buoys. Two of them with 30m length lifeline and at least 5 of them have - self-ignting lights, among that 2 of them with self-igniting light and self-a

11、ctivity smoke signal, and 2 of them with life line. 驾驶甲板、尾楼甲板、主甲板、首楼甲板总共设 9 只救生圈。有两个带有 30m 长的 救生索,另外至少有 5 只带有自亮浮灯,其中 2 只有自亮浮灯和自发烟雾信号,还有 2 只带救生绳。 6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 28 (2) Every crew shall be provided one certified life jacket. Each life jacket shall be equipped with light and whistle, and stores in ea

12、ch crews cabin. . In additional, each 2 life jackets to be provided in wheel house, engine room and the watch space for the crew on duty. 所有船员各配备 1 件认可型号的救生衣,每件救生衣配灯和哨,并置于各自的船员舱 室。另外在驾驶室,机舱及其他值班处所放置 2 件工作救生衣供在附近的工作人员使 用。 (3) Immersion suits as per SOLAS requirements 保暖救生衣根据 SOLAS 要求。 2.7.2 LIFEBOAT

13、救生艇 Two (2) recoverable Lifeboats (each18P) to be installed each one on port and starboard side of poop deck. One of the life boats to be served as rescue boat. 本船在尾楼甲板两舷,配置 2 只可收回式救生艇(每只乘员 18 人),其中 1 只可兼 作救助艇。 2.7.3 LIFERAFT 救生筏 Each throw overboard inflatable life raft (each 18P) to be fitted on p

14、ort and starboard side of poop deck. The life rafts shall be on the special racks, together with hydraulic relief device. 在尾楼甲板两舷各配置乘员为 18 人的可抛型气胀式救生筏各一只,救生筏应该放置 在特殊的架上,带有液压式释放装置。 2.8 HATCH COVER AND MANHOLE 舱口盖及人孔 2.8.1 CARGO HOLD HATCH 货舱舱口盖 Vessel has two cargo holds each with large hatch opening

15、 of about 26.6 m x 12.00 m, both of them are equipped with weathertight electric hydraulic ends folding type partly box construction steel hatch covers. The holds shall have “CC” marks. 本船设有两个货舱,每一大货仓有一尺寸约为 26.6 m x 12.00 m 开口,两个货舱都配 有水密电动液压端折叠型平顶开式结构钢质舱口盖。货舱标有“CC”标记。 The opening / closing time for

16、each pair of cover panel is approximately 3/2 minutes excluding time for operation of manual cleats. Only one panel pair operation at a time. 6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 29 每对盖板的打开/关闭时间约为 3/2 分钟,不包括操作手动压紧器的时间。一次只能操 作一对盖板。 The height of the hacth coaming at midship is abt.1500mm. 船舯舱口围得高度约为 1500mm. The hatch co

17、vers designs by international reputable maker and comply with Classification Society requirements and relevant rules for hatch covers. 舱口盖应该由国际知名制造商设计并且符合船级社和相关规范对舱口盖的要求。 2.8.2 SMALL HATCH 小舱口盖 Small hatch and hatch cover shall comply with the rules of Classification Society. 小舱口及舱口盖应符合规范标准。 2.8.3 M

18、ANHOLE COVER 人孔盖 Stainless steel bolts and nuts shall be tightened on manhole covers. 人孔盖使用不锈钢螺栓和螺母拧紧。 Oil or water tanks shall have oil tight or watertight manhole covers. 油柜或水柜应该有相应的油密或水密人孔盖。 Recess type manhole covers shall be applied to cargo holds. 货舱为埋入式人孔盖。 Engine room shall use “A” type manh

19、ole covers with 100mm height coamings. 机舱为 A 型人孔盖,有 100mm 高的围板。 Other areas shall use “B” type manhole covers. 其余的人孔盖为 B 型人孔盖。 All tanks to have manholes, according to rules, usually two for each tank located diagonally. However smaller tanks may have one manhole. 根据规范所有的舱有人孔,通常情况下,每个舱有 2 个人孔,位于对角位置

20、。小型舱 可以有 1 个人孔。 2.8.4 FITTING FOR LOG CARGO 原木货配件 Permanent steel stanchions of steel pipe shall be fitted on upper deck both sides according to the design. 6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 30 根据设计在主甲板两舷安装固定钢管支柱。 Height of permanent steel stanchions shall be of abt 5.0m subject to design. 固定钢质支柱的高度根据设计大约为 5.0 米。 Ey

21、e plates (S.W.L.3ton) shall be fitted on permanent stanchion top, and suitable numbers on upper deck and inside cargo holds for cargo lashing. 在固定支柱顶部安装眼板(安全工作负荷为 3 吨),主甲板和货舱也应该安装合适数 目的眼板用于货物系固。 Stanchion sockets for portable stanchions to be installed at about 3.0m apart on upper deck as per G/A. 根

22、据总布置图,可活动支柱的支柱座应该安装在离主甲板上约 3 米上。 2.9 MAST AND LADDER 桅及梯子 Mast, pole and ladder shall be provided according to the General Arrangement plan. 根据总布置图布局上桅、柱及梯子。 2.9.1 FOREMAST 艏桅 Foremast shall be installed on the centerline of ships stem. Foremast light and fore anchor light etc shall be fitted on for

23、emast. The height of the foremast to be as rules. Safety loops shall be fitted around the ladder. 前桅安装在船首中心线上。桅上安装前桅灯和首锚灯等。前桅的高度根据规范要求。 梯子周围需要安装上安全围圈。 2.9.2 RADAR MASTER 雷达桅 Radar mast shall be installed on the centerline on compass deck above wheelhouse, Signal light pole and anemoscope, navigation

24、 light, signal lights racks, Suez Canal sign lights, antenna, radar, air horn etc. shall be installed on radar mast. 雷达桅安装在驾驶室以上罗经甲板的中心线上。雷达桅上设有信号灯杆、风速仪、航 行灯、信号灯架、苏伊士运河信号灯、天线装置、雷达、汽笛等。 2.9.3 ACCOMMODATION LADDER 住舱梯子 2 sets of Al-alloy accommodation ladders, in port and starboard side, each with a e

25、lectric motor winch shall be provided besides accommodation area (P these numbers shall be set on the place from the suitable height above the keel to the height over the max. waterline drafts. 船舶的艏、舯、艉的两侧分别设置焊接钢板吃水标志,并涂以油漆。数字为阿拉伯数 字,用钢板制成,设置在舭龙骨以上合适的高度起到营运吃水线的最大值高度。 The freeboard marks are made of

26、the steel plate, welded and painted on both sides of the ship. 干舷标志由钢板制成,焊接在船上,并且涂漆。 The frame number marks, made of steel plate shall be welded and painted on the hatch coaming and bulwark at the place of every 10 frame-space and at every bulkhead. 每隔 10 档肋位和每一舱壁处要用钢板割的肋位标记焊接到舱口围和舷墙上。 IMO serial nu

27、mbers shall be permanent marked inside the E/R and on ships stern as per rules. 根据规范,IMO 编号在机舱和船尾作上永久性标志。 2.13.2 FREEBOARD AND DRAFT MARKS 干舷及吃水标志 The freebord and draft marks to be made of the steel plate and painted. 干舷及吃水标志由钢板制成,并且涂漆。 2.13.3 BULKHEAD MARKS 舱壁标志 The bulkhead marks to be made of th

28、e steel plate of 4mm and outline welded and painted. 舱壁标记处由 4mm 钢板制成,在带线型部分用焊珠堆焊而成并且涂漆。 Tanks name shall be marked by welding on manhole covers and beside bottom plugs 在人孔盖和船底塞旁边用烧焊方式焊上舱名。 2.13.4 BULBOUS BOW MARKS 球鼻标志 The bulbous bow marks shall be outline welded and painted at both two sides of sh

29、ips bow. 在船首左右舷用焊珠围焊出球鼻艏标志。 6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 35 2.13.5 TUG MARKS 顶推标志 The tug marks shall be outline welded and painted at suitable place at both side of the ship. 用焊珠在船的左右舷合适的位置堆焊出顶推标志并且涂漆。 2.13.6 NAMEPLATE AND CABIN IDENTIFY 铭牌及房间识别 The nameplates, drawing frame, bulletin boards, warning plates, t

30、he identification of each room and cabin shall be written in English according to requirements of the Owner and the authorities. 铭牌、图框、公告栏、警告牌、识别各类房间和舱室的铭牌应该按照船东要求以及主 管当局要求用英语书写。 2.13.7 BOTTOM PLUG 船底塞 According to standard of the Builder, bottom plug shall be provided for each ballast tank, fore pe

31、ak, aft peak, F.O.T, F.W.T, etc. The hole of plug is quadrangle with 2 spanners. The tank name in English shall be marked near the bottom plugs. 按照造船方标准,在每个压载水舱、首尖舱、尾尖舱、燃油舱、淡水舱等等提供船底 塞,塞孔为四角行,配置两个合适的扳手,并且在船底塞旁用英语标出舱名。 2.13.8 OTHERS 其他 Eye plates to be fitted on the hull at the stern for the installi

32、ng & removing of the impeller and rudder. 在艉部船壳上设置眼板用于拆装螺旋桨和舵。 2.13.9 FUNNEL MARKS 烟囱标志 Funnel mark details to be provided by Owners. Funnel marks to be made by 4mm steel plate. 关于烟囱标识细节问题由船东提供。使用 4mm 钢板制作。 2.13.10 OTHER MARKS 其他标志其他标志 Following marks also to be applied by welding beads with steel p

33、late of 4 mm or shot welding: 6700 吨杂货船建造技术说明书 36 以下标志也应该使用焊道或点焊,使用 4mm 钢板制作。 1. Cargo hold depth marks inside holds 在货舱里面标记货舱的深度。 2. Ships underwater part marks comply with In-Water Surveys 根据水下检查,在船的水下部分作上标记 3. Companys logo marks at both sides of ships hull 在船体两舷标记上公司的标识语。 4. Caution marks, non-smoking marks for BC code dangerous cargoes BC 规范中关于危险货物的警告标记,禁止吸烟标识。
