7、om a single mother coil Bar The quantity of bars of the same nominal diameter and technical class from the same steel heat manufactured at the same time A maximum of 15 tonnes of bar from the same unit of manufacture 5 REQUIREMENTS 5.1 Test piece Unless otherwise agreed, test specimens shall be take

8、n from finished product before packaging. Special care shall be taken when sampling packaged product (e.g., coil or bundle), in order to avoid plastic deformation, which could change the properties of the sample used to provide the test pieces. Samples to be taken shall permit the determination of g

9、eometrical, mechanical and special properties of each size and type of product. The size and length of test pieces shall conform to the requirements of AS/NZS 4672.1 and shall not be subjected to any post-production treatment that will unduly affect the test result. 5.2 Testing of properties Testing

10、 for tensile properties for compliance with this Standard shall be in accordance with the procedures of AS 1391 and AS/NZS 4672.1. 6 NOTATION The following symbols are used in this Standard: Agt = specified minimum value of the percentage total elongation at maximum force when tested in accordance w

11、ith AS 1391 E = modulus of elasticity K = a statistical factor k = acceptability index n = number of test results nup = number of test values determined in a unit of product nP = number of test values determined in a number of units of product u X = mean of individual test values determined in a par

14、arameters specified in AS/NZS 4672.1, as appropriate. The minimum frequency of sampling and testing for each of the quality parameters where specified and determined in accordance with this Standard are summarized in Tables 2 to 5. The chemical composition of the steel, expressed as a percentage by

15、mass of sulphur and phosphorus, shall be determined for cast analysis from which a test specimen is taken. NOTE: Upon request, compliance with AS/NZS 4672.1 may be demonstrated by presentation of the relevant test certificate or certificate of compliance from the steel producer. TABLE 2 MINIMUM FREQ

29、e tensile parameters Rm Re0.1, Re0.2, Agt and E for a unit of manufacture shall be taken as the mean () up Xof the individual test values (xs) from the samples from the unit of product as follows: upsup /nxX= 8.1.2 Unit of manufacture conformance A unit of manufacture may be deemed to conform to the

30、 tensile parameters specified in this Standard, if the following are satisfied: (a) For Rm: mupm 13 . 1 02. 1RXR 1.753, the testing shall continue. Forty-five further test specimens shall be taken and tested from different units of production, so that a total of 60 test results are available (n = 60

31、). The unit of manufacture may be deemed to comply with this Australian/New Zealand Standard if m6060 671. 1RsX . . . 12.4.1(3) and all the test values for Agt are equal to or exceed the specified percentage total elongation at maximum force. 12.4.2 Inspection by attributes When testing the properti

32、es listed in Clause 12.3(b), either one of the following applies: (a) All the results determined on the 15 test specimens shall conform to this Standard. (b) If a maximum of two of the 15 results do not conform to this Standard, 45 further test specimens shall be taken and tested from different item

33、s in the test unit, making 60 test results available. The unit shall be deemed to conform to this Standard if no more than two of the 60 test specimens fail the test. 12.4.3 Relaxation test The production unit shall be deemed to conform with the relaxation requirement if the 1000 h relaxation value

34、is less than the specified value of the relevant section. 35、nufacturers name or trademark. (b) The nominal diameter of the prestressing steel. (c) The type, strength grade, and ductility and relaxation class of the prestressing steel. (d) The marking on the prestressing steel. (e) The batch number. (f) The date of testing. (g) The mass of the test unit. (h)
