1、在E C M 的病理生理转化中起重要作用。T I M P 是 M M P s 内源性特异性抑制因子，能与M M P s 特异性结 合，形成稳定的可溶性复合物，并在酶原活化阶段抑制 M M P s 激活，从而特异性调节M M P 的蛋白水解活 性。M M P s T I M P 在体内建立起基质降解和合成的 平衡H ，当恶性肿瘤存在某种因素使M M P s 过度表达 打破这一平衡时，细胞外基质降解促进恶性肿瘤的侵 袭和转移。 本实验结果显示M M P 一9 在正常脑组织中未见表 达，随着脑膜瘤组织学类型的升高表达明显增强，尤其 在侵袭类型，1 5 例恶性类型中8 例表达更强。高度恶 性和低度恶性
