Common Name: fluoridamid 1.1 The word “fluoridamid” (pronounced flur-id-amid) has been accepted as the American National Standard Common Name for the chemical N-4-methyl-3- (tri- fluoromethyl)sulfonyl amino phenyl acetamide. 1.2 Acceptance signifies compliance with American Nationa
3、l Standard Procedure for the Acceptance of an American National Standard Common Name for a Pest Control Chemical, K62.1-1974. 0 2. Use of Common Name cri (D Y 2.1 The common name applies to the 100% pure chemical. 2.2 Technical grades and formulations shall indicate the percentage of fluoridamid pre
4、sent: for example, fluoridamid - 85%. 2.3 The Sponsor of the common name “fluoridamid” has agreed to release and permit the use of the name Name furnished upon request. “fluoridamid” with respect to any product, whether or not manufactured or formulated by it, which contains a pest control chemical
5、conforming to the description set forth in this American National Standard. 3. Limitations Neither the American National Standards Institute nor its committee guarantees or assumes any responsibility that use of this name in connection with this or any other chemical or product will not infringe on
