2、in 1.1 The word “cinmethylin” (pronounced sin-imetha- Jin) has been accepted as the American National Stan- dard Common Name for the chemical exo-1 -methyl- 4-(1 -methylethyl)-2- (2-methylphenyl)methoxy -7- oxabicyclo 2.2.1 heptane. 1.2 Acceptance signifies compliance with American National Standard

Also known as exo-1,4epoxy-2- (o-methylbenzyl)oxy -p- menthane. 2.2 Technical grades and formulations shall indicate the percentage of
4、cinmethylin present; for example, cinmethy- lin - 90% to 94%. 2.3 The sponsor* of the common name “cinmethylin” has agreed to release and permit the use of the name %inmethylin” with respect to any product, whether or not manufactured or formulated by it, that contains a pest control chemical confor
5、ming to the description set forth in this American National Standard. 3. Limitations Neither the American National Standards Institute nor the Accredited Standards Committee for Common Names for Pest Control Chemicals, K62, guarantees or assumes any responsibility that use of this name in con- necti
6、on with this or any other chemical or product will not infringe on nor conflict with any existing propri- Name furnished upon request.
