23、CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internatio

24、nally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby accepted by all member countries without further testing. This specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish

25、 to issue national harmonized specifications for FIXED CERAMIC DIELECTRIC CAPACITORS OF BARRIER LAYER TYPE (DIELECTRIC CLASS 3). It should be read in conjunction with document CECC 00100: Basic Rules (1974). Preface This sectional specification was prepared by CECC Working Group 3: “Capacitors” It i

26、s one of a series of sectional specifications all relating to the generic specification printed as CECC 30000. In accordance with the requirements of document CECC 00100 it is based, wherever possible, on the Recommendations of the International Electrotechnical Commission. As there are more than ni

27、ne sectional specifications related to CECC 30000: generic specification, Fixed Capacitors, the CECC Management Committee decided that these extra specifications should be numbered in the series 31100, 31200, 31300 etc. There is no generic specification numbered 31000. This specification is an examp

28、le of this extended numbering series. It is based on CECC 30000 and all clause etc, cross references are based on this generic specification. The text of this specification was circulated to the CECC for voting in the documents listed below and was ratified by the CECC Management Committee for print

General 1.1 Scope This document relates to fixed ceramic dielectric capacitors of barrier layer type dielectric class 3 intended for use in electr

Non-insulated, leadless and chip capacitors are excluded. 1.2 Related documents The following documents and any other documents to which they may relate are mandatory unless other

NOTEWhen information given by an individual marking is included in that given by a second marking, the first marking may be omitted (for the marking of the component only). The capacitors shall be marked with rated capacitance and with a

The severities for the cold, dry heat and damp heat (steady state) tests for the capacitors covered by this document shall be within the following ranges: Values selected within these ranges shall be chosen from those listed in IEC

The preferred climatic categories are: 2.2 Rated voltage (UR) Preferred values of rated voltage are the values of the R5 series of ISO 3. If other values are needed they shall be chosen fr
