2、specified shall be cause for refusal to grant qualification approval. 4.5 Qual i ty Conformance Inspection 4.5.1 InsDection of Product for Deliverv Inspection of product for delivery shall consist of Groups A and B inspect ions, 4.5.1.1 Inspection Lot An inspection lot shall consist of all the coils

3、 produced under essentially the same conditions, and offered for inspection at one time. The manufacturer may combine coils of different inductance values and inductance tolerances. The inductance value shall be equally representative of the production lot for that period, .a 4.5.1.2 Group A Inspect

4、ion Group A inspection shall consist of the inspections specified in TABLE VI, in the order shown. 4.5.1.2.1 Sampling Plan (Group A) Each coil offered for acceptance shall be subject to the Subgroup I inspection. Statistical sampling and inspection for Subgroup II shall be in accordance with MIL-STD

5、-105 for general inspection Level II. The acceptable quality levels (AQL) shall be as specified in TABLE VI. Major and minor defects shall be as defined in MIL-STD-105. 6、ts 4.6.1 Visual and Mechanical Inspection Parts shall be inspected under 3X magnification to verify that the materials, design, construction, physical dimensions, markings, and workmanship are in accordance with the applicable requirements. r( .6.2 T h e r i a l . shock C o i l s s h a l l b e t e s
