9、hall be installed in the vehicle and tested in accordance with the drawing specifications. When the actual values are identical to the target values of the drawing, the test shall commence. 3.2 Conditions 3.2.1 Position of Wiper Arms During the first five turns in the car wash, all wiper arms shall
10、be in their normal parking position. After this, other rest positions may be selected as required. 3.2.2 Deviations Deviations from this test procedure shall have been agreed upon. Such deviations shall be specified on component drawings and must be noted on test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instr
11、uctions The vehicle shall be driven through at least two car washes of differin construction (operating principle) ten times each. The vehicle shall be examined for external damagesldeformation after each turn in the car wash. After every five turns in the car wash, the vehicle shall be examined for
12、 any deviation from the actual values determined prior to the test. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Target If geometric changes or deviations from the initially determined actual values occur to an undesirable extent, the tests shall be continued in the appropriate manner or repeated using other washiwiper systems,
13、in order to prove the correctness of the results. 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Vorbereitung Die Wischeranlage/Reinigungsanlage ist gem den Zeichnungsvorschriften in das Fahrzeug einzubauen und zu prfen. Entsprechen die Istwerte den Sollvorgaben der Zeichnung, beginnt der Ver suc h. 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 Pos
14、ition der Wischerarme Die ersten 5 Durchfahrten befinden sich alle Wischarme in ihrer normalen Parklage, danach knnen je nach Zweckmigkeit auch andere Ruhepositionen gewhlt werden. 3.2.2 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Abweichungen
15、sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrieben bzw. mssen in Prfieugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 3.3 Prfanleitung Mindestens 2 Waschstraen unterschiedlicher Bauae (funktionsprinzip) sind je 10 mal zu durchfahren. Nach jeder Durchfahrt ist auf uere B esc h d i g u ng N e rform u n g zu un

Durchfahrt ist auf Abweichung zu den anfangs ermittelten Istwerten zu untersuchen. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderung Werden geometrische Vernderungen oder Abweichungen zu den anfangs ermittelten Istwerten in nicht erwnschtem Ausma festgestellt, so sind die Versuche gezielt fo
17、rtzusetzen oder mit weiteren Wischeranlagen/Reinigungsanlagen zu wieder- holen, um die Ergebnisse abzusichern.
