5、es the test conditions and the test procedures for functional, environmen- tal and durability tests of electrical transmission devices (wiring harness, clock spring) used for Air- bag-Systems. In addition to this part, wiring harness-clock spring for the Airbag-System, must together with the com- pl
6、ete Airbag-System (GMI 12550, Part l), meet or exceed the legal requirements of all countries where it is used. 1.2 Mission 1 Theme See GMI 12550 R. 8、fied in the R-parts or part drawings. 1 Einfhrung 1.1 Anwendungsbereich Diese Prfvorschrift definiert die Prfbedingungen und die Prfverfahren fr Funktionsprfungen, Um- weltprfungen und Lebensdauerprfungen der elektrischen ubertragungsmittel (Kabelsatz, Wickel- feder), die in den Airbag-Systemen verw

28、on N.a. 3.4 Documentation The supplier has to present the test certificate ac- cording to EN 10204 for the wiring harness and coil- spring according to this test specification, to get the initial sample approval and release. 3.4.1 Test Results 3.4.1 .I Test report The test report has to have the sam
29、e outline and numbering as this test specification. 3.4.1.2 Deviations from the test procedure Deviations from the requirements of this test speci- fication or other additional requirements shall have been agreed upon. 3.4.2 Coding System This test specification shall be called up in other documents
30、, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Example: “Testing of requirements to GMI 12550 V, Part 6“ or “Testing of requirements to GMI 12550 V, Part 1 and Part 6“ 4 Verification 4.1 General Samples of the Airbag-System or components or material released to this specification shall be tested for conformi
31、ty with the requirements of this specifi- cation and approved by the responsible GMIO De- partment prior to commencement of delivery of bulk supplies. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the customer unsolicated with a documen- tation of all adjustments, modifications of parts an
32、dlor processes previously released. Upon request the supplier shall submit samples of the changed version for reapproval prior to commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies. 3.3 Konstruktion und Aufbau N.a. 3.4 Dokumentation Der Lieferant hat das Prfzertifikat gem EN 10204 fr den Kabelsatz un
33、d die Wickelfeder gem dieser Prfvorschrift vorzulegen, um die Genehmigung und Freigabe fr das Erstmuster zu erhalten. 3.4.1 Prfergebnisse 3 . 4 . 1 .I Prfbericht Der Prfbericht mu den gleichen Aufbau und die gleiche Numerierung wie diese Prfvorschrift auf- weisen. 3.4.1.2 Abweichungen bei der Versuc
34、hsdurchfh- rung Abweichungen von den Anforderungen dieser Prf- Vorschrift oder anderen zustzlichen Anforderungen mssen vereinbart werden. 3.4.2 Angabe in Dokumenten Diese Prfvorschrift ist in anderen Dokumenten, Zeichnungen, VTS, CTS etc. wie folgt anzugeben: Beispiel: “Prfung der Anforderungen nach
35、 GMI 12550 V, Teil 6“ oder “Prfurg der Anforderungen nach GMI 12550 V, Teil 1 und Teil 6“ 4 Verifizierung 4.1 Allgemeines Freigabernuster des Airbag-Systems oder Kompo- nenten fr die diese Vorschrift zutrifft, mssen nach dieser Vorschrift geprft werden und von der veran- wortlichen GMIO Abteilung ge
36、nehmigt sein, ehe eine Lieferung erfolgen kann. Der Hersteller ist verpflichtet, unaufgefordert den Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle Abstimmungen, Modifika- tionen von Teilen undloder Prozessen zu informie- ren. Auf Anforderung sind Prfmuster in der gen- derten Ausfhrung zur erneuten Bemust
37、erung und Genehmigung vorzulegen, bevor die Abweichung in der Lieferung einsetzen kann. Visual inspection shall be made before the verifica- tion tests. All components of the Airbag-System shall no
