This spec
2、ification covers the properties of a bead form, medium heat resistant, natural or black, modified polyphenylene ether copolymer foam. 1.1 Paintability. Approved paint systems that can be used on this material are listed in the GM Approved Paint on Plastic Systems data base under the GMN specificatio
3、ns. (GM APOPS). 1.2 Applications. Typical applications include the following: bumper fascia supports; knee pads; IP upper cores; cavity fillers; roof stiffeners; and other energy management applications for interiors. 2 References Note: Only the latest approved standards are applicable unless otherw

Test specimens for the mechanical properties shall be saw cut from molded plaques. 3.1.1 Sample Conditioning. Al
5、l samples are to be conditioned prior to each requirement test to GMW3221, Code A. 3.1.2 Material properties. Material properties must conform to the properties shown in Table 1. Only sources listed in the GM Materi
