15、s and given in the tables. NOTE 1The “reference edge” is the edge of the film which forms the datum for the specified dimensions; it is not necessarily the edge of the film which is guided in the camera or projector. NOTE 2Dimensions A1, D1, and H1 define the maximum image area on the film that is a

16、vailable for projection. They do not define the opening in the aperture plate of a projector. NOTE 3It is recognized that in many cases the actual film image area that is projected may be smaller than the projectable maximum. It is intended, however, that the actual projected film image area be the

17、largest appropriately shaped figure that can be inscribed within the specified dimensions as the designing and technological features of the projector permit. 1) In preparation.
