This specification covers the properties of UV stabilized, 33% glass fiber rein
2、forced, heat stabilized, injection moldable Nylon 6. 1.1 APPLICATIONS. Typical applications include the fol- lowing: Seat release handle lever, gears, spacers. 2 REFERENCED STANDARDS. 3、A IS0 1183 SAE J1885 3 REQUIREMENTS. 3.1 Materials approved to this specification shall meet the standard requirements in GM1002M. 3.2 COMPOUND CERTIFICATION. Material suppliers must certify molding compound properties to the specific GM Test Sampling Plan approved for their material. 3.3 COMPOUND P
4、ROPERTIES (NATURAL AND BLACK). See Table 1. 3.4 COMPOUND PROPERTIES COLORED). See Table 2. (INTEGRALLY 4 TEST PROCEDURES. 4.1 Test specimens shall be injection molded per IS0 294/l, as described in SAE 51639, unless otherwise specified. 4.2 Tests shall be conducted on dry-as-molded, unannealed test

These specimens are to be sealed in water vapor impermeable containers immediately after molding and maintained in the sealed containers 23 f 2C until the time of testing, 24 h min after molding. Tests shall be made 23 f 2C unless otherwise specified. 4.3 COLORFASTNESS EVALUATION PROCEDUR
6、E. The color of each test specimen shall be measured per SAE J1545, CIELAB color space, 10 observer, illuminant D65, specular included, sphere geometry, before and after exposure. 4.4 A shear modulus plotted curve, as detined in SAE J1639, shall be provided with each GMP certification package. The t
