4、3.1 JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD J I S System of Cone Tolerances B 0614-1987 1 . Scope applicable to rigid conical workpieces of 1/3 to 1/500 in taper ratio and over 6 mm up to 630 mm in cone length. applicable to the cone tolerances for rolling bearings. This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies

5、the cone tolerances system This Standard, however, is not Furthermore, the taper angle tolerances specified in this Standard are also applicable to the prism workpieces. Remark: This Standard is in accordance with the conical tolerances system specified in IS0 1947-1973 (System of cone tolerances fo

6、r conical workpieces from c = l : 3 to 1 : 500 and lengths from 6 to 630 mm). 2. Definitions For the purposes of this Standard, the definitions in JIS B 0154 and JIS B 0021 apply. 3. Quantitative Symbols For the purposes of this Standard, the following quantitative symbols apply AT: Taper angle tole

7、rances Remark: The symbol AT is also used for expressing the grade of taper angle tolerance. In that case, a digit expressing the grade shall be suffixed to the symbol AT. Cone Tolerance System 4.1 Basis of Cone Tolerance System The cone tolerance system shall be based on the cone diamet

12、er tolerance, taper angle tolerance, cone form tolerance and cone section diameter tolerance. 4.2 Cone Diameter Tolerance The cone diameter tolerance T D is applicable to all the actual cone diameters within the cone length L , and is generally selected from the standard tolerances based on J I S B

13、0401 according to the largest diameter D of the cone. Remark: The cone diameter tolerance T takes a fixed value for all sections normal to axis. 4.3 Taper Angle Tolerances The taper angle tolerances shall be in ac- cordance with the following: (1) Grades of Taper Angle Tolerance shall be classified

17、the basic value D-d. Remarks 1. The value of AT, (p rad unit) for the grade ATn shall be the preferred number R 10 nearest to the value calculated from the following formula: where Le: geometrical mean of two cone length values dividing the steps of cone length L (in accordance with preferred number

(4) Tolerance Zone of Taper Angle From the basic taper angle and the position and magnitude of the taper angle tolerances, shall be determsined the taper angle tolerance zone (namely, the fan shaped region between the maximum permissible taper angle and t

23、he minimum permissible taper angle). Remark: The taper angle tolerance zone shall be applicable to the angle between the 2 pairs of straight lines of which interval becomes minimum, and which include the straightness of two generating lines of an actual cone, within an arbitrary axial section of an

24、actual taper angle, namely a cone. 4.4 Cone Form Tolerances The cone form tolerance TF shall consist of the straightness tolerances of generator and circularity tolerances of section normal to axis (see Figs. 2 and 3). By the designation of the cone form tolerances, the straightness tolerance zone a

25、nd circularity tolerance zone shall be determined (see Figs. 2 and 3). 4.5 Cone Section Diameter Tolerance The cone section diameter tolerance T h shall be applicable only to the particular section normal to axis, in the case wher-the cone diameter tlerance shall necessarily be reduced locally for f

26、unctional reason or manufacturing reason. 5. Designation of Cone Tolerance The cone tolerance shall be designated for the basic cone by either of the methods (1) and (2) given in the following. The method of designation of this tolerance and the selection of tolerance value shall depend on the funct

27、ional requirements such as the relative position in axial direction of fitting faces and contacting conditions. (1) Method 1 (Basic Taper Method) In ordinary cases, only the deviations by the cone diameter tolerance Tn in respect to the basic cone shall be designated using the symbol (tolerance symb

28、ol) of tolerance zone class in accordance with JIS B 0401. and the cone diameter tolerance zone shall be determined (see Figs. 2 and 3). The value of TF, also, shall be smaller than %. (2) Method 2 (Taper Tolerance Method) If required for a

36、 functional reason or a manufacturing reason, the cone diameter tolerance shall be reduced locally, giving permissible deviations in accordance with cone section diameter tolerance to a specific section normal to axis in respect to the basic cone, and separate from that, the deviations of taper angl

37、e in accordance with the taper angle tolerance ATCsee 4.3 (3)l shall be designated. The position of taper angle tolerance zone, in this case, shall vary according the actual cone diameters in a specific section normal to axis see kig. 51. This taper angle tolerance zone shall in no way determines th
