4、ndustrial Standard specifies electric wire rope hoists which lift or lower the cargo by such means that the drum around which a wire rope is wound is rotated by a three-phase cage rotor induction motor through a reduction gear, hereinafter referred to as the “hoists“. This Standard also applies to h

5、oists capable of traversing. Remark: The units and numerical values given in based on the traditional units and are currently the criteria in force. in this Standard are 2. Definitions For the main terms used in this Standard the definitions in JIS B 0148 apply, and the rest of the terms shall be as

6、 follows: (1) suspension system Such a system that the traversing is done by employing the lower flange of I beam or the like as the rail. Classification 3.1 Classification A

Ratings 4.1 Rated Voltage and Rated Frequency The rated voltage and rated frequency of hoists shall be 200 V 50 Hz, 200 V 60 Hz or 220 V 60 Hz. 4.2 Rating of Hoisting Motor The rating of hoisting motors shall be short-time rating or intermi

17、ttent rating. (1) Short-time Rating The short-time ratings shall be as given in Table 2. Table 2. (1) Short-time Rating The short time ratings shall be as given in Table 2. (2) Intermittent Rating The inter

20、mittent ratings shall be as given in Table 3. 4.4 Grading The hoists shall be graded as denoted by the grade symbols given in Table 4 according to the rate of loading and the operating hour, such mechanical parts as gears and bearings being the object. Lifting and Lowering Speeds Speed m/min I Lifting 1 Lowering 5.3 Lifting Current The current at lifting shall not exceed the total full load current at lifting, when tested as specified in 7.4. 5.4 Braking Property The braking property shall be as follows: (i

32、) The braking torque (sum of electromagnetic brake torque and mechanical brake torque if both are provided) shall be not less than 150 % of the torque caused by suspension of the rated load. (2) When the brake is tested as specified in 7.5, the distance to stop shall not exceed 1 % of the lifting di

33、stance in 1 min. The brake shall surely hold the load suspended in air, and the position of the load shall not change when the current is interrupted, in the braking test carried out as specified in 7.5. (3) 5.5 Overwinding Protection When the overwinding protection is tested in accordance with 7.6,

34、 there shall be lifting allowance not less than 50 mm. 5.6 Low Voltage Start When the low voltage start is tested as specified in 7.7, the lifting, lowering and traversing shall be possible. 5.7 Lifting Efficiency The lifting efficiency shall have at least the appropriate value given in Table 8, whe

37、0 ) I 300 (30 1 5.8 Traversing Speed The traversing speed of a hoist of motor traversing shall be not more than 50 rn/rnin and shall fall within a range of & 10 % from the marked value when tested in accordance with 7.9 (i) and (2). 5.9 Traversing Current The current at motor traversing shall not ex

38、ceed the total full-load current at traversing when tested as specified in 7.9 (2). 5.10 Traversing Performance The hoist shall traverse without any trouble, when the traversing performance is tested as specified in 7.9 (1) and (2) on motor driven one, in 7.9 (3j on chain driven one and-in 7.9 (4) o

39、n manually pushed one. 5.1 1 Overload Characteristics When the overload characteristics are tested as specified in 7.10, the specimen shall show no abnormality at any part. 5.12 Dielectric Withstand Voltage When the dielectric withstand voltage is tested as specified in 7.11, the specimen shall with

42、e lifting device of a hoist shall have such construction that a frame which supports the whole mechanism and a drum which winds the rope are located at the middle, and a motor, reduction gear, electromagnetic brake, overwinding limit switch and the accessories are assembled thereon to form a body, e

43、asily. It shall be robust, shall operate surely and shall be handled The traversing part of a hoist shall consist of a motor, reduction gear, traversing wheel, etc. for motor driven one, of a chain, reduction gear, traversing wheels etc. for chain driven one, and of traversing wheels and others for

44、manually pushed one. Each part shall be robust and shall be easily mounted on the lifting device if it is designed to be integrated. Suspension type ones shall be so constructed that the traversing part does not come out of the traversing rail even if the traversing part causes slipping or inclinati

45、on to the traversing rail. Classification of hoists according to the type of protection shall follow the classification by type of protection specified in 3.2 of JIS C 4004, and the hoist shall satisfy the specified performance, 6.2 Wire Rope The wire ropes specified in Table 9 shall be used, and th
