Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the performance testing method for mechanical transport exclusive ref rigeration units having the f orced-circulation type e

5、vaporator to carry out cooling inside of insulated car body out of refrigerating units of insulated or refrigerated vehicles for transport of cargo at a specified temperature, hereinafter referred to as the “exclusive ref rigeration unit, and the performance test method of mechanical transport ref r

6、igeration cooling unit in combined use of cooling inside of keeping cool car body and cooling of inside of car, hereinafter referred to as the “ref rigeration cooling uint“. Remark: The units and numerical values given in based on the traditional unit and are currently the criteria in force. in this

Test Conditions 5.1 Air Condition The air conditions at evaporator inlet side and condenser inlet side for refrigeration and c

Testing Apparatus and Measuring Devices 6.1 Testing Apparatus 6.1.1 Testing Room The testing room shall be of such insulating structure that the influence of outer air is made small and, as follows: (1) The size of testing room is such that sufficient intervals to the

26、side faces, upper face and floor face of calorimeter can be taken. (2) The testing room is capable of keeping the air conditions at condenser inlet side and inlet side of evaporator for cooling at the temperature and humidity of Table 1, and is provided with an air conditioner capable of controlling

27、 easily of capacity, having sufficient capacity. (3) The wind velocities at air conditioner blowing-out opening, outer-air introducing inlet and exhaust outlet are such degree that the disturbance to interfere the measurement is not generated. 6.1.2 Calorimeter The calorimeter shall be as follows: C
