3、ade based on the original Japanese Industrial Standard revised by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry through deliberations at the Japanese Industrial Standards Committee in accordance with the proposal of revising a Japanese Industrial Standard from the Japan Gririding Wheel Association wit
4、h a draft of Industrial Standard based on the provision of Article 12 Clause 1 of the Industrial Standardization Law which shall be applied by Article 14 of the same Law. Consequently JIS R 6211-9:1999 is replaced with JIS R 6211-92001. In this revision, dimensions of grinding wheels for high-pressu
5、re grinding are reviewed to meet with the revised clause 14 of the structural specification for grinding machine and so onspecifed in clause 42 in the Industrial Safety and Health Law. 14、s - Part 9: Grinding wheels for high-pressure grinding Introduction This part of JIS R 6211 has been prepared based on the first edition of IS0 603-9 Bonded abrasive products -Dimensions -Part 9: Grinding wheels for high- pressure grinding published in 1999, with some modifications of the technical
15、contents to meet with the Industrial Safety and Health Law. In this revision, dimension of grinding wheels for high-pressure grinding is reviewed to meet with the revised Article 14 of the structural specification for grinding machine and so on specified in Article 42 in the Industrial Safety and He
16、alth Law. The portions given sidelines or underlines with dots in this part of JIS R 6211 are the matters not included in the original International Standard. 1 used for high-pressure grinder: - Type 1: Straight grinding wheel Scope This part of JIS R 6211 specifies the nominal dimensions of grindin
17、g wheels Remarks 1 High-pressure grinder specified in this part of JIS R 6211 is intended to be used for automatic billet grinder, and the workpiece and the grinding wheel are mechanically guided. The International Standard corresponding to this part of JIS R 6211 is as follows: 2 In addition, symbo
