I B 4.3 Light Resistance The light resistance of phosphorescent part shall be subjected to the test according to the test method specified in 8.4, shall comply with the specifications of Attached T

18、able, and retain not less than 70 % of the specified value of Table 3. The light resistance of colouring material part shall be subjected to the test according to the test method specified in 8.4, shall comply with the specifications of Table 1 of JIS Z 9107 and in addition be free from such defects

19、 as surface chalking, crazings, cracks, swelling, peeling off, etc. 4.4 Impact Resistance The impact resistance shall be subjected to the test according to the test method specified in 8.5 and be free from cracks, and peeling off. 4.5 Burning Resistance The burning resistance shall be subjected to t

20、he test according to the test method specified in 8.6 and be not less than 26 in flammability index specified in 7. of JIS D 1201. according to the test method specified in 8.7 and be free from discolouration, cracks, swelling and peeling off. 4.6 Water Resistance The water resistance shall be subje

22、Z 9100-1987 4.7 Chemical Resistance The chemical resistance of floor setting type phosphorescent sign board shall be subjected to the test according to the test method specified in 8.8 and be free from cracks, swelling, and peeling off. 4.8 Abrasion Resistance The abrasion resistance of floor settin

23、g type phosphorescent sign board shall be subjected to the test according to the test method specified in 8.9 and the discrimination of marking on the surface shall be able to be carried out sufficiently. according to the test method specified in 8.10, and be free from cracks and peeling off on the

Construction i l 5.1 Wall Surface Notice Type The phosphorescent sign boar

26、d of wall surface notice type shall be of such construction that it is applied with the artistic design marking of sign mainly on the upper surface of synthetic resin layer dispersed uniformly with phosphorescent material, hereinafter referred to as the “phosphorescent layer“, and on its back surfac

27、e the white reflection layer is formed by synthetic resin plate, paint or the like. I Furthermore, it is preferable to form transparent protection layer by transparent film or paint as shown in right side of Fig. 1 in order to protect this upper surface. 29、 on the upper surface of phosphorescent layer and further the abrasion resistant transparent protective layer is covered to protect its upper surface, and on its back surface the white reflection layer is formed by synthetic resin plate, paint, etc. Further, it may be made floor tile state by adheri

Appearance The appearance phosphorescent sign board shall be superior in finish and free from defects such as flaws harmful to use, cracks, peeling-off, and unevenness of colour, etc. 7. Materials The materials to be used for phosphorescent sign board shall be as follows: 7.1 Pho

33、sphorescent Material The phosphorescent material to be used for phosphorescent sign board shall be zinc sulfide power which emits phosphorescence of green colour system. 7.2 Synthetic Resin Material The synthetic resin material to be used for phosphorescent layer and transparent protective layer sha

34、ll be as follows: ( 1 ) Synthetic Resin Material of Phosphorescent Layer The synthetic resin material of phosphorescent layer shall have good transmissivity of light and good dispersion property of phosphorescent material and satisfy 4. Perf ormance. (2) Synthetic Resin Material of Transparent Prote

35、ctive Layer The synthetic resin material of transparent protective layer shall have good transmissivity of light and satisfy 4 . Performance. 7.3 Colouring Material The colouring material to be used for artistic design marking shall not discolourate easily and shall satisfy 4 . Performance. 8. Test

36、Methods 8.1 Test Conditions The test conditions of phosphorescent sign board shall be as follows: ( i ) Test Pieces The test pieces shall be so prepared that the following conditions are satisfied. (a) Kinds The kinds of test pieces shall be of two kinds of that which is cut from the phosphorescent

37、part of the product or that equivalent thereto, hereinafter referred to as the “phosphorescent piece“, and that cut from the colouring material part of the product or that equivalent thereto, hereinafter referred to as the “colouring material piece“. 39、, be 70 mm x 150 mm. matched with the test apparatus. However, as required, these may be of the dimensions (2) Number of Test Pieces The number of test pieces shall be three pieces for each test. (3) Pretreatment of Test Piece The pretreatment of test piece shall be carried out prior to the test by

40、standing as it is under the standard condition of 20C grade 2 in temperature and 65 % grade 5 in relative humidity specified in JIS Z 8703 for 24 h. . 8.2 Colour Test material piece for the test shall be measured according to the method specified in 7.2 of JIS Z 9107, The colour of the phosphorescen

41、t piece and colouring 8.3 Phosphorescence Luminance Test After storing the phosphorescence piece in a dark place for not less than 3 h under the condition where the outer light is shielded, illuminate by ordinary light source D, at the illuminance of 200 lux (lx) for 4 min, after stopping the illumi

42、nating, measure the phosphorescence luminance at 5 min, 10 min and 20 min and examine whether the average value of three phosphorescence pieces complies with Table 3 or not. phosphorescent sign board, for the phosphorescence piece after exposing the test piece used for 8.3 Phosphorescence Luminance
