Scope This standard specifies home inter-phones (abbreviated as inter-phones in what follows) in which call paths are established by master-slave type. Note - Units and dimension

3、s enclosed by are in SI units and are expressed together for reference purpose. 2. Definition of terms The meaning of the terms mainly used in this standard are in accordance with KS C 5515(General rules and testing methods for intercommunication equipments). 3. Rated values The rated voltages for i

4、nter-phones are 220 V and 110 V(100 V)/220 V combined for AC type, and 6 V, 9 V and 12 V for battery type. The rated frequency shall be 60 Hz in case of AC type. 4. Performance 4.1 tolerance of consumed power The tolerance of rated consumed power in AC type, when consumed power is tested in accordan

5、ce with methods in 6.3, shall comply with Table 1. 6、ance 4.2.1 insulation resistance For AC type and AC-battery combined type, the insulation resistance, when tested in accordance with 6.4.1, shall be 2 M or more. Related standard : KS C 5515 General rules and testing methods for intercommunication equipments 4.2.2 withstand voltage For AC type and A

7、C-battery combined type, the withstand voltage, when tested in accordance with 6.4.2, shall withstand it. 4.2.3 insulation under water spray Insulation under water spray for slave, when tested in accordance with 6.4.3, shall comply with 4.2.1 and 4.2.2. 4.2.4 wetproof insulation Wetproof insulation

8、for equipments, except for outdoor usage, when tested in accordance with 6.4.4, shall be 0.3 M or more. 4.3 operation When tested in accordance with 6.5, the operation shall be normal. 4.4 intensity of noise 4.4.1 electric field strength of noise The electric field strength of noise, when tested in

9、accordance with 6.6.1, shall be appropriate. 4.4.2 terminal voltage of noise The terminal voltage of noise, when tested in accordance with 6.6.1, shall be less than or equal to 65 dB. In this case, the decibel value is calculated with 1 V being 0 dB. 4.5 endurance For endurance, when tested in accor

10、dance with methods in 6.7, there shall not be any abnormalities in unit installation state, or problems such as fixture defects, looseness, missing parts, etc., and there shall not be any abnormalities in operation of each part. 4.6 vibration For vibration, when tested in accordance with methods in

11、6.8, there shall not be any abnormalities in unit installation state, or problems such as fixture defects, looseness, missing parts, etc., and there shall not be any abnormalities in operation of each part. 4.7 dropping For dropping, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.9, there shall not be

12、any abnormalities in unit installation state, or problems such as fixture defects, looseness, missing parts, etc., and there shall not be any abnormalities in operation of each part. In addition, the insulation resistance shall be 2 M or more. 4.8 impedance Impedance, when tested in accordance with

13、methods in 6.10, shall be within 0.5% of the nominal value. 4.9 power amplification degree Power amplification degree, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.11, shall 50 dB or more. 4.10 frequency characteristic For frequency characteristic, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.12, the

14、mean of measured values for each signal frequency shall be 70 dB or more. 4.11 distortion factor Distortion factor, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.13, shall be 3% or less. -,-,- 4.12 SN ratio SN ratio, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.14, shall be 50 dB or more. 4.13 call sou

15、nd pressure level Call sound pressure level, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.15, shall be 70 dB or more. 4.14 output sound pressure level Output sound pressure level, when tested in accordance with methods in 6.16, shall be 70 dB or more. 5. Structure, dimensions and materials 5.1 genera

16、l structure (1) There shall not be any possibility of danger in normal operation condition, the shape shall be correct, assembly condition shall be fine, and operation shall be smooth. (2) For parts which may be affected by an arc with switching on or off on the cover of a metal or in the box, anti-

17、arc electrical insulator shall be fitted. (3) Charging part, with easily detachable units (excluding those that can be detached with a force of 2 kg or more) removed, shall not be touched by the test finger as in Figure 1. In this case, the force applied to test finger shall be 1 kg on the bottom si

18、de for desk type or on the back and bottom sides for box type (only hanging type), or 3 kg on the outer side and opening part for other types. Figure 1 - Test finger (4) The spatial distance (including consecutive side distance) between charging parts with different polarities, between charging part

19、 and non-charging part, and between charging part and non-metal part that can be touched with human body shall comply with Table 2 for each part of the body. 23、ulated 2.01.5 other positions2.52 Note - Spacial distance is the distance at which the force exhibiting 3 kgf 29.4 N on the outer surface of the body and 200 gf 1.96 N inside the body is applied in such a way that it minimizes the distance. (5) The thickness of the insulator shall satisfy the follow

24、ing: (a) In case the outer surface material of the equipment is also used as an insulator, the thickness shall be 0.8 mm or more. (b) The thickness of the insulator used for the part which is unlikely to be damaged externally, shall be 0.3 mm or more, and shall not have pin-holes. (6) Between chargi

25、ng parts, or at connecting parts of charging part and non-charging part, there shall not be any possibility of getting loose. (7) The wiring inside the body shall comply with: (a) In case of fixing covered cables, the covering shall not be damaged by contact with other parts when passing through the

26、 penetration hole or when a force of 200 g is applied. However, if there is no possibility of danger, this may be ignored. (b) For those connected with connectors, they shall not be fall apart when a force of 500 g is applied to the connecting part. However, in case they fall apart with a force of 2

27、00 - 500 g, if there is no possibility of danger, this may be ignored. (8) For the penetration holes open to the outside of the equipment, unless safe spring, safe bushing or other suitable safeguard is being used, safety treatment such as corner removal shall be done to avoid damage in power cable.

28、 However, if the penetrating part is not made of metal, it is smooth, and there is no possibility of damage in power cable, this may be ignored. (9) When a tension of three times the body weight (10 kg if three times the body weight exceeds 10 kg, and 3 kg if it is less than 3 kg) is applied to the

29、power cables (excluding those used as fixed and not externally open) out of the body continuously for 15 seconds, and when pushed towards the body center from the body such as power cables at a position 5 cm away from the body, there shall not be any tension exerted to the power cables and the conne

30、cting part of the terminals inside or there shall not be any possibility of bushing to be fallen apart. (10) At the position where the conducting part in the pipe penetrates the metal part, the conducting part shall not be liable to touch the metal part. (11) For equipments for outdoor usage, they s

31、hall be of the structure such that water does not soak into the charging part under normal using conditions. (12) The part where burning of units, exposure of charging part, etc. due to moisture absorption are possible shall be waterproofed. (13) For those with rated voltage exceeding 150 V, there s

32、hall be earth terminal or earth wire (including the grounding lead-out) at an easily identifiable place (inside the equipment, for those used with being fixed and with the structure where earth wires are not open externally). However, for the following, this may be ignored. (a) Of the structure in w

33、hich grounding is possible with grounding cutter of the power plug. (b) Those whose exterior material is an insulator of water-proof plastic or similar matter, and the thickness is at least 1 mm for those comprising of one layer and at least 0.8 mm for those comprising of two or more layers with the

34、 following conditions: (b.1) For insulators used as an outer shell, when a spherical plumb of weight 250 g and radius 10 mm whose surface is processed with poly-amid of hardness HR 100 is dropped from the height shown in Table 3, or when an equivalent impact is applied with impacting piece of radius

35、 10 mm whose surface is processed with poly-amid of hardness HR 100, there shall not be any cracks endangering electrical shock or fire, split or other abnormalities. kindheight cm fitting equipments14 other equiopments20 (b.2) The insulation resistance, between the charging part and the outer surfa

36、ce of the body which are liable to touch human body, measured with 500 V insulation resistance meter shall be at least 300 M. (b.3) When an AC power source is applied between the charging part and the outer surface of the body which are liable to touch human body, it shall withstand continuously for

37、 1 minute. (14) For those with switches, switch manipulation and switch state shall be displayed at an easily identifiable position using letter, symbol or color. However, if inappropriate, this may be ignored. -,-,- (15) The fitting part of the cable shall comply with: (a) Of structure in which cab

38、les can be fitted reliably. (b) The terminal screws for fitting power cable shall not be used for fitting things other than power cable. However, when there is no possibility of things other than power cable to fall apart with power cable attached or detached, this may be ignored. (16) In fixing fus

39、e, the attachment part shall comply with: (a) By fusion, the circuit shall be shut down completely. (b) In case of fusion, it shall not be short by arc or grounded. (c) In case of fusion, the cover, box or base shall not be damaged. (17) In fitting fuse, the rated current shall be displayed on name

40、plate or fuse fitting part in a not easily erasable manner. (18) Fuses shall comply with: (a) The fusible material shall not be easily deteriorated. (b) The material of the fitting terminal shall be hard enough for fitting. (c) In case of thermal fuse, when it is put in a thermostat horizontally and

41、 it is fused out by raising the temperature 1per minute the tolerance of the temperature in the thermostat and the rated operational temperature shall be within 10. (d) In case of fitting fuse, the structure shall be of easy replacement. (19) For insulators and indicating lamps open externally to ou

42、ter surface of the body, fuse holder and other similar things along with their covers used as an outer shell, when a spherical plumb of weight 250 g and radius 10 mm whose surface is processed with poly-amid of hardness HR 100 is dropped from the height shown in Table 4, or when an equivalent impact

43、 is applied with impacting piece of radius 10 mm whose surface is processed with poly-amid of hardness HR 100, there shall not be any cracks or similar harms endangering electrical shock or fire, split or other abnormalities. However, indicating lamps open externally to outer surface, fuse holder, o

44、ther similar things along and their covers whose surface areas do not exceed 4 cm and which are not protruded for 10 mm or more, this may be ignored. 45、arence, or needing flexibility and mechanical hardness), when a flame from gas burner with inner diameter of the nozzle 0.5 mm is applied to the center of the plane vertically for 5 seconds and then unapplied, with the square planar part of the outer shell surface whose area is at least 9 (test piec

46、e cut to the square form of side-length 3 cm with same thickness for those without square planar part of the outer shell surface whose area is at least 9) being tilted at an angle of 45 from the horizontal plane, shall not be burned. (21) Marking of earthing shall comply with: (a) For the earth term

47、inal or earth wire, on itself (excluding easily detachable terminal screws) or near it, there shall be a mark saying “earth“ in a not easily erasable way. (b) At the terminal to be connected with ground lead-out inside the body or at the wire center to be connected with the ground cutter, there shal

48、l be a mark saying “earth“ in a not easily erasable way. (23) The earth wire shall be one of the following: (a) a wire with diameter 1.6 mm or a metal wire that may not be easily corroded; (b) single-centered cord with nominal cross-sectional area 1.25 mm2 or more, or single-centered cabtyre cable;

49、(c) double-centered cord with nominal cross-sectional area 0.75mm2 or more whose two conductors are soldered or pressed with both ends spliced; (d) multiple-centered cord (excluding united cables) with nominal cross-sectional area 0.75 mm2, or one of the multiple-centered cabtyre cable wire. (24) For those of the structure in which metal chassis or metal bracket is connected to the power circuit, the control shaft nob shall be undetachable externally and it shall be insulated from met
