1、Section Writing道歉信道歉信 文体指导 道歉信是要向对方陈述无法答应的所请、所托的原因，对不愿做的事，可声 明自己的一贯主张，对不能为的请托，更应陈述理由，说明自己为什么不能为的 原因，目的是赔礼道歉，消除误解。 一、道歉信的结构 开头：简单交代对何事进行道歉。 正文：解释事情发生的原因，消除误会或矛盾。 结尾：再次表示遗憾和歉意，表明愿意补救的意愿，提出建议或安排。 二、道歉信的语言特点 在说明情况与理由时，要实事求是，语言要简明扼要，态度诚恳。另外用词 要委婉，语气要温和得体。 亮点句式 1I am writing to apologize for./I am writing
2、 to say sorry for. 我写这封信是因向你致歉。 2I would like to give you my apology for. 对于我向你道歉。 3Please accept my sincere apology for.关于请接受我真诚的道歉。 4I am indeed very sorry for what I said/did，but believe I had no intention to. 对于我说的话做的事，我确实感到很抱歉。但请相信，我并非故意要 5Please forgive me for a stupid choice of words. 请原谅我说话欠
