1、第 1 页 我在空军雷达学院的一次演讲稿1 特征码 XLdideixeUzrlkwmVIEB 尊敬的首长们，亲爱的战友们： 大家好！今天我的演讲主题是：科学发展观在雷院。 科学发展观是在准确判断世界和中国发展大势的基础上形 成和发展起来的，具有鲜明的中国特色和时代特征。他集中体 现了当今世界和当代中国的发展变化对党和国家工作的新要求， 是继续全面小康社会，发展中国特色社会主义的思想武器和行 动指南。 随着近几年不断开展深入学习实践科学发展观的活动， 科学发展观的要义已经深入人心。不管是在经济上，还是科学 教育上，科学发展观都得到了很好的贯彻与落实。就我们大学 生而言，最关心的莫过于学校教育。近
2、几年来，空军雷达学院 一直走在全军的最前列。学院自 1986 年开始培养硕士研究生， 1993 年获硕士学位授予权，1996 年培养博士研究生，2003 年 获博士学位授予权，2004 年成立了博士科研工作站等等。同时， 学院的建设也从未止步，雄伟的科研大楼拔地而起，美丽的灯 光篮球场即将竣工，现代化的学生公寓即将落成，综合性的体 育馆的竞标也已落下帷幕。总之，学院实现了教育、建设两手 抓，真正做到了有好又快的发展。 第 2 页 以人为本是科学发展观的核心，而在这一点上雷院做的尤 为突出。空军雷达学院在成立之处，条件不仅艰苦，教学环境 也比较糟糕，没有像样的教学场所，可如今， 400 米塑胶跑
