7、ts at all levels must strengthen the leadership and management of product quality supervision and inspection work, give full play to the role of product quality supervision and inspection agencies, to provide the necessary conditions to carry out product quality supervision and inspection work.The s
8、econd chapter supervision and inspection managementFifth product quality supervision and inspection institutions, according to the existing product technical standards, namely the national standards, Department (Professional) standards and enterprise standards, the quality of enterprise products sup

12、shall be responsible for the repair, replacement and return. If the user causes economic losses, he shall be responsible for the compensation;(five) products without technical standards are not allowed to be produced. Technical standards that have been put into production without technical standards
13、 shall be formulated within a time limit. Non technical standards of small commodities that do not affect the health and safety of the people permit production.Seventh, the management of quality products:(1) quality products which have been designated by the state, the Ministry and the provinces sha
14、ll use the high-quality products marked by the state. Non quality products are not allowed to pass high-quality products or use quality products indiscriminately.(two) enterprises reporting quality products must obtain the certificate of inspection of the inspection institution designated by the sta
15、tutory product quality supervision and inspection institution or the provincial standard bureau.(three) products that have been awarded quality products should be inspected regularly or irregularly, and the quality products shall be stopped immediately when they are found to be out of line with the

25、ement the technical standards of products, and support the work of quality inspection institutions and quality inspection personnel. We should take full responsibility for the quality of our products.The quality inspection personnel of the fourteenth enterprises should conscientiously implement the
26、state policies and decrees, and carry out strict inspection on the products manufactured according to the technical standards, so as to ensure the quality of the products. Unqualified products are not allowed to issue certificates. The production of the companys director, manager or other relevant l
27、eaders, forced the unqualified products to qualified products, quality inspection personnel have the right to refuse to issue a certificate, and immediately report to the higher authorities and product quality supervision and inspection agencies.The fourth chapter management organizationThe fifteent
