It takes place in late January or early February，because this is the time for rest .During this time, we clean our houses, set off fireworks , post pictures of the Door God and couplets on our gates. On the eve of the Spring Festival , A get-together banquet is usually prepared for every Chinese family. On the first of the new year ,everybody wears new clothes and greets each other with good wishes. Children receives “lucky money” from their elder.
