1、CADCAM 二氧化锆全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在后牙牙列缺损修 复中的应用比较摘要：目的：探讨 CAD/CAM 二氧化锆全瓷冠于金属 烤瓷冠在后牙牙列缺损修复中的应用比较。随着口腔技术和 材料的发展，二氧化锆全瓷冠修复已经受到人们越来越多的 关注。二氧化锆全瓷冠修复以其优良的机械性能，生物相容 性和美学性能在临床上越来越受到欢迎和认可。二氧化锆全 瓷冠修复与传统金属瓷冠修复相比，具有良好的特点及独特 的优势，势必在口腔健康和牙齿美容这一领域得到更广泛的 应用。在口腔修复领域，二氧化锆全瓷修复技术运用了计算 机 CAD-CAM 技术， 计算机辅助设计， 三维数控专业机床加 工出适合的牙冠，具有极高的密
2、合性。二氧化锆全瓷生物相 容性好，对牙龈无刺激，无过敏反应，避免了金属在口腔内 产生的异味、过敏、刺激、腐蚀等缺陷。方法：追踪观察口 腔门诊患者 450 例，根据患者意愿自主选择金属合金烤瓷冠 和 CAD/CAM 二氧化锆全瓷冠的种类，其中，镍铬合金烤瓷 冠 160 例，纯钛烤瓷冠 59 例，钴铬合金烤瓷冠 145 例 CAD/CAM 二氧化锆全瓷冠 86 例。冠修复后 36 个月随访， 观察修复成功与否，记录冠修复后冠边缘牙龈色泽变化及饰 瓷崩裂等情况。WTHZ Abstract ：Objective ： WT To investigate the CAD/CAM two zirconia

WTHZ Methods ： WT 450 cases of patients with oral cavity clinic observation ， select the type， metal alloy PFM and CAD/CAM two zirconia all ceramic crown by themselves according to the patient
7、 wishes which ， Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown in 160 cases， titanium porcelain crown in 59 cases ， cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns in 145 cases of CAD/CAM and two zirconia all ceramic crowns in 86 cases.
