1、.1. 目的Objective 确定控制和验证过程能力以及产品特性所需的统计技术，并通过运用及时掌握质量变化缺陷，以便于及时解决质量问题。 Objective of procedure is to identify statistical techniques required to control and verify process capability and product characteristics, to apply and find change of quality defects to assist in solving quality problems.2. 适用范围A
2、pplicable Scope 进货、过程、成品检验的抽样计划，控制图的应用，过程能力调查研究及问题统计之分析。 This is applicable to sampling plan of purchase, process & finished product inspection, control diagram application, process capability study, and analysis of problem statistics.3. 职责Responsibility3.1 质量部负责统计技术使用的策划和归口管理。 Quality Departmen
3、t responsible for planning and management of statistical technique application.3.2 各相关部门负责统计技术的应用实施。 Other relevant departments are responsible application of statistical techniques.4. 工作程序Work Procedures4.1 统计技术可用于以下质量活动： Statistical techniques applied to following quality activities: 开发和实验活动； Deve
4、lopment and test activities. 对外购件的控制； Control of outsourcing parts. 产品的最终检验； Final inspection of products 产品失效的分析评定。 Analysis and assessment of product failure4.2 可供选用的统计工具有： Following statistical techniques are available: 排列图； Pareto Diagram. 直方图； Column Diagram. FMEA； Failure Mode and Effect Analy
5、sis (FMEA). 系统优化； System Optimization. 缺陷收集卡； Defect Collection Card. 质量控制图； Quality Control Diagram 相关法； Correlation Approach 分层法； Hierarchical approach 失效树分析等。 Fault Tree Analysis, etc.4.3 培训Training 人力资源总务部应针对上述统计方法的内容，有目的组织进行有关该技术的所有人员进行培训学习，使之了解统计技术的基本概念，如变差、控制（稳定性）能力和过度调整等。 Human Resource Depa
6、rtment should, based on the above-mentioned statistical methonds, intentionally organize all people of relevant technology to take training as to let them know the basic concepts of statistical techniques, e.g. variance differentiation, control (stability) capability, excessive adjustment, etc.4.4 统
7、计技术运用Application of Statistical Techniques4.4.1 质量部根据实际需要，组织相关部门确定应采用的统计技术，制订<统计项目要求一览表>，经认可后，由使用部门实施。 According need, Quality Department coordinates relevant departments to identify statistical techniques applied and formulate “List of Statistical Item Requirements”, which shall be implemente
8、d by department after being approved of.4.4.2 各责任部门按统计项目定期收集数据，进行统计分析，并将统计结果传递给质量部。 Department shall periodically collect data per statistical items, and make statistical analysis, with results copied to Quality Department.4.4.3 对各类统计分析发现的异常问题，由质量部组织各责任部门按纠正和预防措施控制程序办理。 If abnormal problems found in
9、 statistical analysis, Quality Department shall coordinate relative departments to formulate a plan to correct faults by utilization of “Corrective & Preventative Action Control Procedures”.4.4.4 各部门应根据以下控制项目和控制特性，选择适当统计方法，其运用范围如下表： Each department shall select appropriate statistical tools acco
