32、主梁合拢段宽2m,每段混凝土用量为34.4m3,混凝土重约86t。全桥共设合拢段2道。2、合拢前的准备主梁挂篮施工完成后,将挂篮后撤一个梁段锚固在主梁上,清除桥面不必要的荷载后,进行合拢段施工。合拢段施工是主梁施工的一个重要环节,施工前,首先对挂篮悬浇端的高程及轴线偏位情况进行测量,并对测量结果进行分析,如果超出原设计规定的误差要求,应找出问题存在的原因,并根据要求进行调整。主梁合拢段采用吊篮现浇施工。3、施工人员、机具 合拢段施工时的施工机具主要有手动千斤顶、水泵、振捣棒、布料杆等。施工人员约70人。 本次浇筑投入混凝土输送泵3部,1台备用,用两台泵分别从两侧输送混凝土;60及50型拌和站各

34、储存负弯矩的压重1600t和与合拢段混凝土重量替换的压重286.6t。7.1、储存负弯矩的压重:在N23N26和J09J12斜拉索对应的横隔梁上分四次施加100t的压重,每道横隔梁压100t,共分四次施工加。在J12和N26对应的横隔梁配重不包括本梁段分担的施工吊篮重量,全桥压重共计1600t,压重用混凝土块、砂袋及水袋,每个混凝土块重1.25t,每袋砂重约65kg,混凝土块及砂袋称量后,做好标记,压重摆放在两侧边箱位置,详见合拢段压重布置图。施工时先按设计重量放置边塔主梁压重,然后从后向前依次放置中塔主梁压重,根据主梁高程变化调整所加的重量,直到主梁两端高差符合设计要求为止。7.2、混凝土替

35、换压重:在J12和N26横隔梁附近分别设置水箱,每处水箱容积不小于43m3,混凝土浇筑前装满水,浇筑时与混凝土同步去除,排除水的速度应快于混凝土浇筑的速度。在水箱内做出标记,随时掌握水箱内放出水的重量。水箱自身的重量及主梁前端除人员、小型机具、吊篮、水之外的其它荷载做为恒载计入7.1中1600t压重之内。7.3、压重顺序:总体顺序:10号主梁8号主梁9号主梁。分项顺序:前四道横梁25%50%75%100%混凝土替换压重焊接合拢段劲性骨架安装加强桁架。8、吊篮安装为方便施工,可以在配重加载前安装合拢段吊篮,详见合拢段吊篮设计图。9、劲性骨架安装及加强桁架9.1、吊篮安装完毕后,根据施工监控部门的

36、要求测全桥标高、索力及轴线偏位,达到要求后,焊接合拢段劲性骨架。骨架安装前清除桥上一切不必要的物品,明确合拢施工所需物品和机具重量及所在位置,报送监控部门,对主梁标高及轴线偏位进行连续观测,测量间隔时间为2-3小时。观测内容包括:温度、主梁高程、合拢段长度、梁端悬臂高差及横向偏差,找出变化规律,确定合拢骨架的长度及合拢段高程。必要时对压重进行适当调整,以调整桥面高程。劲性骨架焊接选择在一天中气温相对稳定且无大风状态下进行,安装温度应满足设计要求,先将连接型钢全部安装到预定位置,待条件达到要求后,安排多位电焊工作人员对全部焊口同时施焊,一次成型,尽量在短时间内完成。劲性骨架安装同时,拆除临时支座

37、。劲性骨架安装完成后,将边塔处的临时水平约束拆除。9.2、合拢劲性骨架安装完成后,为加强劲性骨架的刚度,保证合拢段两侧主梁高程一致,在合拢段上安装加强桁架,加强桁架用贝雷梁构成,用32J高强精轧螺纹做钢杆,详见合拢段吊篮设计图10、合拢段混凝土合拢段使用掺加膨胀剂的混凝土,在浇筑顶板时,为防止桥面裂缝,在混凝土中掺加聚丙烯纤维。合拢段混凝土配比由中心试验室配制,经监理工程师批准后实施。浇筑顶板的混凝土配比为:砂:碎石:水泥:水:泵送剂:膨胀剂:聚丙烯纤维=717:1053:470:166:10:50:1其它部位混凝土配比为:砂:碎石:水泥:水:泵送剂:膨胀剂=726:1044:470:166:

38、10:50本次浇筑总方量约为70m3,计划浇筑时间为3小时,平均每小时浇筑混凝土约24m3。现场的材料储备为水泥125t,砂410 m3,碎石520 m3,泵送剂1t,膨胀剂500kg,聚丙烯纤维80kg,能充分满足合拢段混凝土的供应要求。11、合拢段钢筋、预应力安装合拢段钢筋采用现场绑扎。根据环形锚位置确定预应力钢绞线下料长度。纵向主筋采用一端为墩精直螺纹另一端采用焊接连接,按照规范要求接头交错布置,合拢段钢筋长度根据实际测量尺寸现场下料,要求误差1cm。钢筋、预应力施工工艺详见挂篮施工方案。12、混凝土浇筑及养生12.1、浇筑前准备施工前准备好木板,待斜腹板拐角处浇筑完毕后铺上木板,防止翻

39、浆。浇筑前用喷雾器喷洒模板及湿接缝处混凝土表面,以保持其湿润。12.2、混凝土浇筑顺序混凝土浇筑时,采用2台混凝土拖式泵车,从两端对称浇筑,顺序为:边箱底板斜腹板直腹板顶板。12.3、混凝土浇筑混凝土的浇筑时间由设计和监控部门确定,应在一天中温差变化较小且温度较低的时段进行浇筑,在升温条件下养生。一般在夜间23:00以后浇筑,浇筑时间控制在3h之内。浇筑时要加强振捣,浇筑完成后注意抹平与养生。在混凝土浇筑过程中,同步撤除与主梁混凝土同重的压重,每个合拢段86t。用水箱盛水做与混凝土浇筑时同步撤除的压重,置于N26和J12横隔梁附近,每端放置43t。在混凝土浇筑过程中合拢段高程应不发生变化,用水

40、准仪做跟踪观测,发现变化可通过调整水箱出水量加以控制。为减小斜拉索振动对主梁的影响,合拢段施工时应对张拉完成的全部斜拉索安装临时减速振器。12.4、抹平及养生混凝土浇筑后用刮杆沿两端混凝土表面整平,再用泥板抹平压实。混凝土初凝前再用泥板进行二次碾压以使混凝土表面进一步平整和防止收缩裂缝。二次抹平的同时用双层土工布覆盖混凝土表面并及时洒水养生。混凝土表面应覆盖严密,并将覆盖物压牢系紧。洒水应连续,均应,以保持混凝土表面湿润为准。二次抹平后混凝土强度达到2.5Mpa前严禁踩踏混凝土。12.5、后勤保障合拢时间应在夜间进行,施工人员的就餐、防护用品,安全管理及照明、通讯、物资供应由后勤人员负责安排。

41、施工时在桥面和底板等位置应设置足够的照明和防护设施。13、冬季混凝土施工准备13.1、概述根据目前施工状况,合拢段混凝土浇筑时间估计在11月18号左右,气象资料显示本地11月份历年平均气温为4.1,处于冬季施工的临界状态。当室外平均气温连续5天低于5时,或混凝土浇筑时气温低于-5,我部即按冬季施工计划安排施工。 冬季施工的重点是控制混凝土入模温度及新浇混凝土的保温。为此我们拟采用热水拌和、延长搅拌时间、混凝土罐车保温、加快浇筑速度、用保温材料及时覆盖等手段保证混凝土的施工质量。13.2、主要冬季施工机具、材料:拌和站备有1t燃煤锅炉1座,施工现场准备电热炉8台及蓬布、棉被若干。13.3、混凝土

42、施工13.3.1混凝土拌和砂石料的防护措施:砂石料进场前除进行正常检验外,还应对含水量进行严格控制,含水量大的经晾晒后方可码方。雨雪天及夜晚用蓬布覆盖,防止砂石料带有冰雪和冻结成块。拌和用水:使用热水拌和,拌和站备有1t然煤锅炉1座,混凝土拌和时,先把水加热到40-50,开机前,用热水冲冼搅拌机,投料后加热水搅拌,时间较常温时延长50%。保证混凝土拌和物的出机温度不低于10,入模温度不低于5。13.3.2混凝土的运输混凝土采用罐车运输,并尽可能缩短混凝土在罐车内的停留时间,混凝土罐车的蓄料斗外缠绕保温布,混凝土拖式泵的泵管外用定型厚发泡材料包裹,以防止温度散失过快。13.3.3混凝土的浇筑合拢

43、段箱梁为空心结构,混凝土厚度较小,为防止新浇混凝土受冻,用棉被包裹底模,棉被用铁丝连成一体,固定在底模上,混凝土顶面及侧面用蓬布和双层土工布覆盖。土工布带塑料薄膜的一面与混凝土表面接触,起到保温保湿的作用。13.3.4混凝土的养护混凝土浇筑完成后当气温低于5时,养护以保温、保湿为主,表面干燥时,用温水喷洒表面,以保持表面湿润但不形成水流为准,不得向混凝土表面喷洒冷水。拆模后混凝土的表面温度与环境温度差大于15时,混凝土表面应继续覆盖保温养护。13.4、钢筋、预应力施工加工钢筋主要注意气温的变化,避开气温较低的时段,不在气温低于-20时焊接钢筋,不在气温低于-15对钢筋进行冷拉,气温达不到上述要

44、求时,应转移至工棚内加工。张拉预应力钢束时的温度不宜低于-15。14、张拉合拢束混凝土强度达到设计要求后,张拉合拢预应力束HT3HT6、HB2HB5,张拉完成后进行封锚压浆。拆除临时预应力束0CB1、1CB1(与2CB2对应的1CB1和0CB1不拆除)及2CB1。张拉顺序按设计部门要求进行。张拉完成合拢束后,进行压浆封锚。15、合拢清除工作岸侧吊篮脱模后,用四个导链与钢丝绳辅助,直接落到地面,河侧吊篮先将模板部分拆除至桥面,型钢部分用导链整体下落到船上或逐根吊装至桥面运走。岸侧挂篮在前鼻处设置前吊点,在中悬挂杆处设置后吊点,用四根精轧螺纹配合千斤顶将挂篮下移至地面;河侧挂篮用千斤顶驱动,转移岸
