14、装了硬水止通阀，既保证水量也保证水质。适用于用水量大的集中供热锅炉房或热交换站。MODEL2150、 2750、2850、2900、3150、3900机械式流量控制再生型流量的设定 流量控制盘* 24 HOUR GEAR：在标准的即时再生系统中，没有24 HOUR GEAR（时间盘）按树脂罐内装填树脂的交换能力算出周期制水量，减去必要的储备量后的值就是所设定的流量。向外提出流量盘并转动，使设定的流量数对准流量盘上的白色圆点，然后松开流量盘，注意让齿轮啮合好。注意：最初安装流量计后应进行检查：1、 转动手动再生阀，走一遍程序。2、 顺时针转动程序轮或顺时针转动中心轮，使设定的流量数对准小白点。3

17、设定再生周期程序再生周期程序在出厂时已予设定为3小时，但可以根据用户当地不同情况延长或缩短再生程序的时间。定时器 打开控制器外罩，然后将时间盘往右打开就能看见再生定时器，要改变再生程序，必须将定时器卸出来。其方法是向内捏住定时器的卡销向外拔，定时器盘即可从控制盘后面卸出。如何改变反冲洗时间的长短定时器边缘上标有一圈数字（0-160），从“0”开始的第一组销子是控制反冲洗时间的。举例：如果第一组有六根销子，反冲洗时间就是12分钟（一根销子是2分钟），改变销子的数目就是相应的改变了反洗的时间。如何改变吸盐及慢洗时间的长短定时器上第一组插销和第二组插销之间的插销孔数目是控制这两个状态的时间，每一孔相

19、活塞槽及通道，由顶部进入罐内，然后，向下穿过树脂层，成为净化水，经下布水器返回中心管，向上至阀出水口排出。2反洗位置硬水从入口进入控制阀，通过下部活塞槽及活塞环岸，向下经中心管、下布水器进入罐内，再向上经树脂层、控制阀流道、顶部活塞槽，从排污口排出。反洗的目的是为了松动树脂床，清洗吸附在表面的杂质等。3 盐吸位置硬水从入口进入控制阀，经下部活塞槽，流过射流器喷嘴产生负压，从而从盐罐吸入盐水。盐水向下流经树脂层，穿过下布水器，沿中心管向上，流回活塞中心孔，并从排污口排出。 4 慢速清洗位置吸完所有盐水后，硬水继续从入口进入控制阀，通过下部活塞槽，流过喷嘴，向下穿过树脂层，从下布水器进入中心管，向
20、上进入活塞中心孔，最后从排污口流出。5 快速清洗位置硬水从入口进入控制阀，通过下部活塞槽及活塞环岸，向下经中心管、下布水器进入罐内，再向上经树脂层、控制阀流道、顶部活塞槽，从排污口排出。6 盐箱重注水位置硬水从入口进入控制阀，部分硬水经下部活塞槽，射流器喉管，吸盐阀及吸盐限流垫圈，注入盐箱。其全硬水经下部活塞槽至罐顶，向下穿过树脂层，变成净化水，进入下布水器，沿中心管向上，并从阀体出口排出。注意：盐罐会自动补充水，因此盐罐内的盐量应随时保持在能满足下一个再生过程的需要。1、 软水必须安装在牢固的水平面上，附近应设计有排水管道。2、 盐罐安放应靠近树脂罐，为提高吸盐率，应尽量缩短吸盐管的长度尺寸
21、。3、 装填石英砂：装填前应将中心管放置在树脂罐的中央（此时不应打开中心管上端的封口胶带，避免砂石和树脂进入升降管），然后放入石英砂，并使砂层在罐低铺平。4、 装填树脂：将处理好的树脂按照核定的装填量放入树脂罐。5、 取下中心管上的胶带，将中心管上端对正控制阀底部中央的承插口，小心地沿顺时针方向转动控制阀（注意：安装控制阀的过程中，一定要确保中心管插入阀体），直至控制阀紧固在罐体上。6、 按照安装原理图所示，配接管道和电源。7、 启动软水器是，应关闭旁通阀，然后打开出口控制阀，最后缓漫开启进口控制阀（注意：如进口控制阀开启过快，管道内的水和残留的空气会进入软水器造成树脂随水流跑出树脂罐）。8、
