5、赵克施工员 Construction supervisor 卜现刚3.1 SEPC1建筑队负责对砂石回填的全过程进行管理。 Sepco1 civil team is responsible for the management and control of backfilling.3.2砂石回填班组负责制安全施工措施，并予以执行。 Backfilling group is responsible for working out the safety measure and the implementation.3.3 SEPC1施工部对砂石回填的施工措施进行审核，并在作业过程中进行监督指导。
6、Sepco1 Construction Dept is responsible for the review of the construction measures and the surveillance of implementing.3.4 SEPC1 HSE部对砂石回填的安全措施进行审核，并检查现场安全防护措施。 SEPC1 HSE for the review of the safety measure and the inspection of safety prevention actions.3.5砂石回填班组技术负责人员如有需要，负责办理受限空间施工许可证。The tech

9、Measuring instrument: level and tape工具：小推车。 Tool: wheelbarrow 机械：YZ-18振碾式压路机一台、装载机一台、振动式打夯机一台、抽水机5台（所有机械进厂前应进行认真检查，并报有关部门审查通过后方能进入现场施工）machines: 1 roller, 1 loader, 1 rammer,5 water pumps.6.0劳动力组织 labors技术员1人，施工员1人，测量员1名、安全员1名，质检员1名，壮工20名，熟练操作工3名。1 technician, 1 supervisor, 1 surveyor, 1 HSE member,
10、 1 inspector, 20 labors and 3 operators.7.0施工工序和施工方法 procedure and method7.1施工工序 procedure砂石回填施工工序为：材料入场（带试验合格证/拌合报告） 验槽检查材料含水率(5.3%)，并提供报告砂石回填（每30cm一层） 砂石碾压(68次) 每层检查并取样试验，并提交压实率试验报告 压实率合格(压实率96%)后进行上一层砂石回填重复上述步骤，直至回填至设计标高。Ingress of the material to the job site (with the material test certificate/
11、blend report) conformity inspection for base groundinspection of water content(5.3%) of material and check report issued backfilling (30cm each layer) compaction(68 times) final inspection and check report issued for compact rate of each layer proceed to backfilling if the compact rate meet requirem
12、ents (Compact Rate96%).Repeat above steps till the design elevation.7.2施工方法 method7.2.1回填材料要求 requirement of backfilling materials回填材料为购买搅拌好的砂石（碎石、卵石最大粒径20mm,砂：中粗砂且细度模数2.33.7，混合料中碎石、卵石含量40%）。拌合料进场前，应提供碎石、砂的试验报告，并对配合后的混合料进行检测。取样进行击实试验，并采用筛析法进行级配试验。Material is mixed sand and gravel at a portion of 40%
13、 of gravel and scree (Diameter of gravel and scree20mm, sand defined as medium and coarse sand with fineness modulus range 2.33.7). Before ingress of the material to the job site, the test report of the sand and gravel should be furnished. And the material after blend should be tested. Compaction te
14、st and grading test shall be carried out as well.7.2.2基底处理 base treatment 回填前先清理基底，清除基坑内积水、淤泥和杂物，并防止地表滞水流入回填区域。清理完毕，进行基坑验收，符合要求方可进行砂石回填。The base shall be cleared, without any water, sullage and debris. The surface water shall be prevented into the backfilled area. The groundwork of the footing groov
15、e check before acceptance, and it should be acceptable before backfilling.7.2.3碎石回填 gravel backfilling7.2.3.1正式回填前，现场进行试碾，确定压实遍数及含水率，以达到最好的碾压效果。试碾后，根据确定的压实遍数及含水率进行大面积施工。To carry out trial compaction before backfilling to determine the compaction times and water content to get a optimum effect.7.2.3.
16、2碎石料场布置见附件（碎石堆放布置及入口设置）。Gravel storage arrangement see attachment.7.2.3.3基坑修设机械通道见附件（碎石堆放布置及入口设置）。The access for machines see attachment.7.2.3.4本项施工采用机械回填，在振碾式压路机碾压之前先用装载机将碎石推平，使表面平实，后使用振碾式压路机先静压，后振压。This work is to be implemented by machines. First to level the gravel, then compact without vibratio
17、n by road roller, finally vibrantly compact the soil.7.2.3.5碾压机械压实填方时，控制行驶速度，并控制压实遍数。The compaction speed and times shall be controlled.7.2.3.6采用“薄填、慢驶、多次”的方法，砂石回填厚度为300mm，碾压方向从两边逐渐压向中间，碾轮每次重叠宽度约为1525cm，避免漏压。运行中碾轮边距填方边缘大于500mm，防止溜坡倾倒。边角、边坡边缘压实不到之处，辅以振动式打夯机夯实。每碾压一层完后，用装载机将表面拉毛以利结合。The method of “ thi
18、n layer, slow speed and many times” is to be used. The layer thickness is to be 30mm, and compaction from two sides to the center with overlapped width of 15-25cm of each time. The wheel side shall be 500 mm away from the edge to prevent any upsetting. The rammer is to be used for the places where t
19、he roller couldnt reach. The surface of last layer shall be made coarse by loader shovel for sound incorporation with next layer.7.2.3.7根据确定的碾压遍数进行施工，保证遍数足够，控制砂石料的含水率（在试碾后采用灌砂法测定最优含水率为5.3%），保证砂石回填达到要求。Compaction should be according to the determinate times and guarantee the compaction times. The wat
20、er content of the material should be controlled (the optimum water content of 5.3% is to be determined test) , and the backfilling should be up to standard.7.2.3.8砂石回填区保持中间稍高，两边稍低，当天回填砂石当天压实。The center of the backfilled area shall be a little bit higher than the sides, and the backfilled gravel and
21、sand shall be compacted in the same day.7.2.3.9每层材料压实后，按要求进行取样检测，发布检测报告，压实率必须96%，方可进行下层施工。振碾机碾压区域密度及含水率试验每层5组，振动打夯机夯实区域密度及含水率试验每层1组。Quality inspection shall be taken, including Inspect Report Form which indicating the Compact Rate for each layer, and the standard (Compact Rate96%) must be attained,
22、before backfilling the next layer. Sampling for unit weight and water content test in the area compacted be vibrating roller shall be 5 groups each layer, while sampling in the area by rammer is to be 1 group each layer.7.2.4施工排水和雨季施工措施Construction drain, and measures during rainy season7.2.4.1基坑周围设
23、挡水坝(高度至少50cm)，防止地表水流入回填区域内。Claybank(the height50cm) should be used to prevent the surface water from flowing into the backfilling area.7.2.4.2在回填区域东西两端设集水坑，加设潜水泵进行排水,潜水泵的设置应能保证在基坑回填过程中,不得有水浸泡回填材料。Catchment puddle should be used at the east and west of the backfilling area, and water pump should be u
24、sed to drain. 7.2.4.3 在雨季回填时,排水沟和集水井分别加深至0.5m和0.7m深，并增加水泵(5台备用水泵)和人力，以保证基坑内雨水经排水沟、集水井和水泵立即排出基坑外。回填材料经受雨淋后,则停止下步回填,待回填材料经处理且试验确定其(含水率为5.3%)满足设计要求后,方可进行下步施工.During rainy season, the ditches and catchment puddles in foundation pits will be deepened respectively to 0.5m and 0.7m, in addition more pumps
25、(5 spare pumps) and labor fore will be provided to guarantee that rainwater be drained away out of foundation pits on time.
