2、ndments should be inserted in the appropriate places. SUMMARY: This Amendment applies to Clauses 3.5 and 3.7 and Appendices D, F and G. Published on 5 September 1999. AMDT No. 2 SEP. 1999 Page 8Clause 3.5 Delete the existing text and replace with the following: Except where stated otherwise in Parag
3、raph D2.4, Appendix D, the following shall apply: (a)Manual and timer dryers shall be set on maximum temperature. (b)Autosensing dryers shall be set on the chosen program, i.e. the program under test. (c)Where the drying temperature can be chosen independently of the program on an autosensing dryer,
4、 it shall be set to the maximum. An autosensing dryer with supplementary timer shall be tested as an autosensing dryer. AMDT No. 2 SEP. 1999 Page 8Clause 3.7 Delete the existing text and replace with the following: Except where stated otherwise in Paragraph D3.1(b), Appendix D, a standard damp load
5、in accordance with Paragraph E3 of Appendix E shall be loaded into the dryer, before each run, in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. 8、 limits; or (iii)in the case of a dryer where there is no-exhaust air (e.g. some types of condenser dryers), the beginning of the cool-down period at the end of one full run (if applicable) or the end of one full run; or (iv)in the case of an autosensing dryer, the beginning of the cool-down period
9、prior to automatic switch-off (if applicable) or automatic switch-off.
