3、dardization) is a worldwide federation of national Standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Esch member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right
4、 to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. Draft Internati
5、onal Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote. International Standard ISO 10787-3 was prepared by Technical Committee lSO/TC 72, Textil
6、e machinery and allied machinery and accessories, Sub- committee SC 3, Machinery for fabric manufacture. ISO 10787 consists of the following Parts, under the general title Textile machinery and accessories - Heald frames: - Part 7: Heald-carrying rod fixed to the frame stave c) height of the guide,
7、h, in millimetres; d) width of the guide, C, in millimetres; e) pitch of the harness, t, in millimetres; f) height of the guide recess, b, and thickness of frame stave, a, in accordance with ISO 10787-1 and ISO 10787-2, in millimetres. EXAMPLE A guide for heald frame of height h, = 160 mm and width
8、c = 60 mm, havi ng pitch of harness t = 12 mm, height of guide recess h, = 46 mm and thickness of frame stave a = 9 mm shall be desig- nated as follows: Guide ISO 10787-3 - 160 x 60 - 12 - 46 x 9 The designation of a heald frame guide shall com- Prise, in the Order given, the following: a) “Guide”;
