Scope This Japanese

5、Industrial Standard specifies the high purity nitrogen for industrial use, hereinafter referred to as the “nitrogen“, that is filled in a high- pressure gas container under such state as liquefied nitrogen or compressed nitrogen. 2. Classification Nitrogen shall be classified into two grades of Grad

6、e 1 and Grade 2 according to quality. 3. Quality The quality of nitrogen when it is tested in accordance with the specification of 4. shall conform to the requirements specified in following Table: Table Purity vol % I 99.999 and over I 99.99 and over Reference: Converting moisture to mglr or dew po

7、int, Table 2 of JIS K 0512 is applicable. a 4. Testing Method 4.1 Generals 4.2 Calibration of Analysis Apparatus The calibration of analysis apparatus shall conform to JIS K 0055 and to JIS K 0226. The generals common to tests shall conform to JIS K 0050. 4.3 Preparation of Sample Nitrogen gas shall

8、 be sampled which is reduced to atmospheric pressure by means of following methods: ( 1) Liquefied Nitrogen Liquefied nitrogen shall be completely gasified through an evaporator or others and made at room temperature. (2) Compressed Nitrogen Compressed nitrogen shall be reduced to normal pressure an

10、-,-,- 2 K 1107-1985 4.4 Purity Purity shall be calculated according to the following formula: P=lOO- Aox - ( 10000 where p : purity (vol %) AO : quantity of oxygen obtained from 4.5 (vol ppm) 4.5 Oxygen one of the following: 4.5.1 Testing Method for Oxygen The test for oxygen shall conform to (1) Ga

11、lvanic Ceil Type Oxygen Analysis (2) Yellow Phosphorus Luminescence Oxygen Analysis (3) Zirconian Oxygen Analysis 4.5.2 Galvanic Cell Type Oxygen Analysis This method shall conform to JIS K 0225. 4.5.3 Yellow Phosphorus Luminescence Oxygen Analysis This method shall conform to 6.7.2 of JIS K 0512. 4

12、.5.4 Zirconian Oxygen Analysis This method shall conform to the zirco- nian oxygen analysis method specified in JIS B 7983. shall have the measuring range which is effective for 100 vol ppm or less, and its repeatability shall be settled within k 3 % of full scale. 13、or Calibration The kind, concentration, and preparation of the gases for calibration shall be as follows: (1) Kind Component gas oxygen - Diluent gas nitrogen (2) Concentration Oxygen 5 vol ppm, 10 vol ppm, 20 vol ppm, and 50 vol ppm (3) Preparation The gas for calibration shall be prepared by mass-

14、ratio mixing of ON 1 standard oxygen specified in Table 1 of JIS K 0005 and nitrogen specified in Table 3 of JIS K 0005 that has been passed through deoxygenating catalyst. 4.6 Moisture The test of moisture shall conform to JIS K 0226. 5. Container t The container of nitrogen shall be under the cont

15、rol of relating laws. Reference: The container of nitrogen shall be as regulated by the provisions from Article 40 to 2 of Article 56 of High Pressure Gas Control Law (June 7 1951, Law No. 204, hereinafter referred to as the llLawll).
