UL Standards for Safety are developed and maintained in the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML). SGML - an international standard (ISO
7、8879-1986) - is a descriptive markup language that describes a documents structure and purpose, rather than its physical appearance on a page. The new and revised requirements are substantially in accordance with ULs Proposal(s) on this subject dated March 25, 2005. The revisions dated December 13, 2005 include a reprinted title page (page1) for this Standard. The
12、revisions dated January 20, 1999 were issued to change references to UL 547, Standard for Thermal Protectors for Motors, to the Standard for Overheating Protection for Motors, UL 2111. UL 547 has been withdrawn and replaced by UL 2111. These revisions were also issued to remove the 94 prefi x from t
13、he fl ammability classifi cations. This type of fl ame classifi cation has become familiar globally, therefore there is no need to retain the 94 designation. 24、age, claim, or judgement (including reasonable attorneys fees) resulting from any error or deviation introduced while purchaser is storing an electronic Standard on the purchasers computer system. If a single-user version electronic Standard was purchased, one copy of this Standard may be stored on
25、the hard disk of a single personal computer, or on a single LAN fi le-server or the permanent storage device of a multiple-user computer in such a manner that this Standard may only be accessed by one user at a time and for which there is no possibility of multiple concurrent access. If a multiple-u
