1、广州市大学生主观幸福感及影响因素的研究 【论文标题】广州市大学生主观幸福感及影响因素的研究【英文标题】A Study on the Subjective Well-Being and Its Related Factors for College Students of Guangzhou【中文摘要】 目的了解大学生主观幸福感的现状,探讨影响大学生主观幸福感的因素,为提高大学生主观幸福感采取有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据,以进一步提高大学生的身心健康水平和生活质量。方法采用Campbell幸福感量表、大学生压力量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表抽取广州市8所高校1773名在读本科生进行问

2、卷调查,使用SPSS13.0软件和LISREL8.7软件分析影响因素。结合定性研究方法来进一步探讨大学生主观幸福感的相关问题。结果大学生幸福感指数得分为10.192.19,有23.1%的学生感觉不够幸福。不同生源地、生活费的大学生主观幸福感没有统计学差异(P0.05);女生的幸福感指数和生活满意度的得分高于男生(t=2.96,3.61;P0.01);学生干部主观幸福感各个维度得分均高于非学生干部(t=3.82,4.97,2.54;P0.05);不同家庭教养方式学生的主观幸福感各维度得分从高到低为:民主、放任、专制、溺爱。家庭经济情况越好,幸福感指数和总体情感得分越高。拟合结构方程模型表明,压力

3、、消极应对、积极应对和社会支持对主观幸福感均有显著性影响,其总效应分别为-0.37,-0.08,0.34和0.45。访谈发现,大学生对现在生活普遍是倾向于消极感受。他们认为现实生活中的重要方面主要为:家庭、学业情况、人际关系、身体健康、情感。幸福原因依次为:家人健康幸福,人际交往顺利,得到认同,学业有成,身体健康和情感得到满足等。不幸福的原因最主要为人际关系不顺和不被肯定。大学生普遍感受压力大,主要来自学业和就业压力,还有学业和工作活动的矛盾。大学生普遍认为自己获得的支持较多,但有些大学生不能充分利用社会支持资源。结论虽然大学生主观幸福感总体处于中等偏上水平,但仍有相当部分学生感觉不够幸福。压

4、力、消极应对方式对幸福感具有负效应,社会支持、积极应对方式对幸福感具有正效应。通过综合研究大学生幸福感的影响因素,可提供行之有效的心理保健,培养大学生的积极情感,增强大学生的幸福感,进而提高其心理健康水平,改善其生活质量。【英文摘要】 Objective to investigate the subjective well-being(SWB) of college students in Guangzhou and to explore its related factors of SWB,in order to provide some guidance to enhance the SW

5、B,promote their psychology health and improve life quality.Methods 1773 college Students from 8 colleges in Guangzhou were investigated with Index of Well-Being Questionnaire,College Students Stress Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Database SPSS

6、13.0 and LISREL8.7 were used to analyze the influencing factors.Besides, qualitative research was taken to discuss the relafed issues of SWB.Results 23.1%of the college students had inadequate SWB,with a score of 10.192.19. Female students reported higher scores than male did on both index of well-b

7、eing and life satisfaction(t=2.96,3.61;P0.01 ).Student cadres reported higher scores on every aspect of SWB(t=3.82,4.97,2.54;P0.05 ).It has been demonstrated that students SWB was affected by the style of parental education:democracy,indulging,despotism and doting (in descending order of score).The

8、higher scores on index of well-being and life satisfaction were in consistent with the better family economy.Structural equation modeling(SEM) indicated that stress,passive coping style,positive coping style and social support had significant effects on SWB,the overall regression weights were -0.37,

9、 -0.08,0.34 and 0.45,respectively.Qualitative research found that college students generally had negative feeling about life.They tend to put important things of life in the following order:family,study,relationship,health and affection.The sources of their happiness were(in descending order):family

10、s welfare,smooth social interaction, recognition,academic achievement,health and satisfied emotion.The sources of unhappiness mainly were unsmooth social interaction and disregard.Stress of the students mainly comes from schoolwork and employment,as well as the conflict of academic and extracurricul

11、ar activities.The students generally had adequate support,but nevertheless some of them were incapable of utilizing the social supports. Conclusion College students had a SWB of upper middle level,but some of the students had inadequate SWB.Stress and passive coping style had passive effects on SWB.
