39、随着住房制度改革的不断深化和扩大内需各项政策的逐步到位，对城镇居民经济适用房的按揭和住房信贷的开展，我国住宅建设步伐大大加快。1998年国家下达三批经济适用住房建议计划，总规模达2.1亿平方米，计划投资达1703亿元，分别为前三年安居工程建筑面积、计划投资规模总和的2.9倍和2.7倍。 经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的提高，密度纤维板在建材家具、包装、装饰、公用加工等行业的用途在逐年成倍的增加，密度纤维板具有幅面大、厚度规格齐全、双面平整，适于一切饰面加工、质轻高强、密度均匀等优点，其性能酷似木材有优于木材，应而被誉为“无缺陷木材”深受用户的欢迎。 我国密度纤维板发展较晚，但速度很快，84年投产
40、的第一家到94年达到18家，总产量67万立方米，95年以后每年以超出总量的2倍以上速度在增加产量。截止至98年底，全国有生产线130多条，总产量达277万立方米，预测今后几年，仍将以平均10的增加数不断上升。随着生产产量的迅猛发展，全国庞大的销售网络的市场运动，使产品的优点越来越被使用者接受，所以产品的用量也每年成倍的增加。密度纤维板的兴起，它以一种新的产品逐步淘汰原来占市场分额很大的刨花板。全国550家刨花板，年生产能力435万立方米面临市场和产品更新换代的严峻挑战和冲击，相对它的产量也逐年下降。据不完全统计，按照销售大户的同比测算，1997年比1996年增加销量50，1998年比1997年
