2、性能，在我国煤矿的长距离带式输送机中，长期采用的重锤张紧和固定绞车张紧，近几年又出现了液压油缸式张紧装置。固定绞车张紧方式只能定期调整输送带的张紧程度，一般开始处于过张紧状态，是带式输送机的输送带承受额外的附加载荷，而在运行过程中张紧力随着输送带永久变形增加而逐渐减小，经常出现打滑现象。带式输送机长时间出现打滑现象。带式输送机长时间打滑，使驱动滚筒发热，容易引起火灾。用固定绞车作为长距离带式输送机的张紧装置，输送带的动应力大，对一定强度的输送带，其安全可靠性将下降，容易出现断带事故。一旦断带事故发生，需要重新连接输送带，清理落煤，通常无停产24小时甚至更长时间。此外，断带事故的发生，还会造成输
3、送机旁边行人的伤亡事故。重锤张紧还需在煤矿井下专门开拓硐室，随着带式输送机输送距离长，张紧距离也越大，硐室也随之加高，张锦里的大小大多只能凭工人的经验来增加或减少。在带式输送机需要松带、紧带时，增减压力很不方便。这不但增加了井巷建设的工作量，而且交叉巷道处矿压很大，给想爱你感到维护带来了很大麻烦。液压油缸式张紧装置的张紧行程在很大程度上受油缸行程的限制，而且其液压系统也始终处于超高压状态，造成液压系统的内泄露很大，各种阀件的寿命也较低，油缸和液压系统的密封经常会出现被冲坏的现象，直接导致系统压力急剧下降，张紧力随之急剧降低，致使输送带打滑被迫停机检查，故障率高，给维护带来很多不便。随着国民经济
4、的快速发展以及煤炭产量的进一步加大，这就要求与产量密切相关的矿井运输能力进一步提高，同时对作为矿井重要运输载体的带式输送机提出了更高的要求，向高速度、大功率、大运量、长距离、高可靠性的方向发展。特别是现在煤矿为了提高井下输送带的阻燃可靠性，阻燃整芯胶带的使用也在不断的扩大，输送带长度的延伸和阻燃整芯输送带的使用带来了新的问题，那就是输送带伸长量急剧增加，而阻燃整芯输送带伸长率的增加就特别需要动态性能好、适应井下恶劣环境的张紧装置，为了更好的满足上述要求，我们研制了一种新型的液压绞车式自动张紧装置，本装置能够满足以下的功能：（1）启动时张紧力和稳定运行时张紧力可根据带式输送机张力的需要任意调节，
5、一旦调定后，按预定的程序自动工作，可保证输送带在各种工况下受力最小；（2）响应速度快。带式输送机启动速度快，液压绞车式自动张紧装置能够及时补偿输送带和吸收波动能量，使靠近驱动滚筒下分支输送带由于突然松弛伸长而引起的弹性震动大大降低，减少打滑和断带事故发热发生；（3）结构紧凑，安装方式灵活，所需安装空间小，可取消煤矿井下为放置张紧装置专设的硐室，大大节约基建投资。（4）能够实时显示输送带张紧力的大小，达到对张紧力的“可测”、“可知”、“可控”。二、 主要技术原理 本装置由液压站、液压绞车、电气控制柜、张力缓冲装置、张力检测装置和张力控制器六部分组成。 点动本装置的点动按钮，给电控柜的可编程控制器
6、供电，使可编程控制器工作，可编程控制器首先接通液压站的油泵电机启动回路，液压站工作并打开液压绞车制动器，液压绞车张紧胶带至启动所需的张力值，可编程控制器发出主胶带电机可以启动的信号，胶带运转，可编程控制器接通液控系统的电磁换向阀线卷，电磁换向阀换向，液压系统的压力降低，交代张力降低到匀速运转时所设定的张力值，可编程控制器自动停止油泵电机，并制动液压绞车，保持胶带张力。在胶带机正常运转过程中，如果胶带张力降低到匀速运转时所设定张力值的95%时，本装置中的压力控制器发出信号并通过可编程控制器再次启动液压系统，调整胶带张力达到所要求的张力值，张力调整结束后，油泵电机自动停止并制动液压绞车。胶带机停止
