30、ombinationsforparticularloadinganglesareobtainedfromthemaximumloaddeterminedfromthemonotonictensiletestontheloadingaxis.5 Apparatus5.1 CombinedloadingfixtureThecombinedloadingfixtureisillustratedinFigure1.Itshallconsistofupperandlowerpartsforholdingthetestspecimen.Thedirectionoftheloadingaxisshallbe

31、fixed,andloadinganglesareachievedthroughgrippingholesmadeatangleincrements.Thespecimengrippingshallbemadeinsuchawaythatnomovement,includingslipping,occursduringthetest.Thefixtureshallbemadefromahigh-strengthmaterialnottocreateacomplianceeffect.NOTE1Itwasfoundthatusingtwoloadguidingbarsinthecombinedl

35、reatecombinedloadingtothespecimenfseeFigure1).ThetensiletestingmachineshallbeinaccordancewiththerequirementofISO7500-1,andtheforcemeasurementaccuracyshallbeequaltoorlessthan1%.Thetestmachineshallbeequippedwithmeansforrecordingthecompleteloadversusdisplacementcurvesduringthetest.6TestspecimenTheshape

36、andthedimensionsoftheadhesive-bondedmetal-CFRP-metalcombinedloadtestspecimenareshowninFigUre3.Thedogbone-shapedspecimenshallconsistofacentralCFRPpiecebondedtoametalpartateachsideoftheCFRP.Thisformsthemetal-CFRP-metalassemblyforthecombinedloadtest.ThebondingareabetweenCFRPandmetalis(100,5)mm(depth)x(

37、350,5)mm(width),whichisthesameasthespecimencross-sectionalareaofthereducedsection.ThethicknessoftheCFRPpieceis(50,5)mm(Figure3).Thetotalspecimenlengthis(1600,5)mm.Eachendcontainsthreeloadingholestoattachthespecimentothecombinedloadfixture(Figure1).NOTE1Otherdimensionsarepossibleuponagreementbetweent
